There are new child support laws in effect today for PA. Anyone have
any details?

My daughter is 10 months old and she barely stands,these days we `re
facing bad days perhaps bkoz of teething..she`s having her first
tooth..i`m not sure .i need to know if she`s late in her progress than
other kids of the same age.
