I was reading about the Montessori philosophy and while it all made a
lot of sense, I didn't understand why they avoid praising a child when

You may be aware that car seat laws are changing from Sept this year.
I've been looking at the new rules and can't see what the difference is
for children between 3-11/12. They both say "if available" which lets
parents off the hook anyway.

Our younger daughter (age 6) loves trampolines.  (She calls them
