The dreaded secondary school selection22 Sep 2006 13:42 GMT8

heavily oversubscribed, and they are comprehensives, I have no problem

The Problem of Teaching Children to Believe in Jesus Christ.21 Sep 2006 10:44 GMT66
I don't know how many of you have kids, or have an experiance with
them, but there is an evil seed out there.  I saw it when I was young,
because I didn't like getting in trouble, and I didn't want to do
anything wrong.  I am not alone, and I have seen many kids in my day,
advice requested - a 3.5 year old and 6 year old coming to visit20 Sep 2006 20:51 GMT7
I'm having a couple of young folks come visit me.  I know they play on the

Shoes or trainers for school?20 Sep 2006 14:43 GMT11
I am interested to know other parents views on whether children should go to
school wearing proper shoes or trainers. Is there any evidence to show that
their feet don't develop properly if they usually wear trainers? Is it
'character building' to be properly shod?! My daughter's ...
