Child Support Lien - Property Transfer Conundrum05 Mar 2007 22:13 GMT3
Here's my situation:
I'm currently going through a divorce and live in the house with our
two children.  Both of our names are on the title, but only his is on
the mortgage loan.  With my half of his pension plan earnings during
Preschool in USA05 Mar 2007 20:03 GMT29
Hi - my son is 2yrs 3months, I know I need to start thinking about
preschool but haven't the 1st idea where or how to start.
I'm not from the US originally so am a bit lost in the US education
system in general. What age should he start preschool? Do you have to

For the first few weeks, our baby daughter rarely slept more than an
hour straight. At around 3 weeks, we were completely exhausted, and
desperate for sleep, and tried different places for her to sleep. We
discovered that the only place she would sleep well was in her

To Deal With Your Aggressive Child And Teach Them Anger Management04 Mar 2007 20:57 GMT1
As a parent, you need to STAY CALM when you're angry or mad with your
child to avoid complicating the situation. Many times people asked me
how I managed to stay calm.
It's NOT that difficult actually. If you're determined to stay calm,

A making noise baby, a rude neighbor04 Mar 2007 02:38 GMT38
We live in a condo where almost every family and everyone is nice and
polite.  We greet to each other friendly everyday.
Since my baby was six months old, a neighbor who lives under our
floor, has never greeted to us.  He complains about my baby making
gunky eyes03 Mar 2007 21:13 GMT9
I'm confused, Nathanael has had a gunky eye, that we had presumed not to be
infected as there is no redness on the eye, nor does the eyelid appear to be
swollen, he has slight redness at the other side of the eye from the nose,
we presume from our attempts to clean the eye. ...
sex vs violence in literature02 Mar 2007 19:53 GMT136
Ok some of you seem to be fine with sex in books, rather than violence. How
much of sex would you think is ok for a 10 year old to read? I realize how
silly it seems to choose that my child read violence over sex but I can't
help feeling that way, yet. She knows the basics of sex ...
How many of you have Pre-Nups?02 Mar 2007 18:24 GMT2
A recent study reveals that 70% of all marriages end due to financial
stress. Add to that crushing statistic that divorce has not only
become acceptable, but nearly inevitable!  Why?  Because we as a
society don't take the time to do the work up front to ensure lifelong

Is this a slam dunk case?02 Mar 2007 04:44 GMT4
Here's my situation.  I am a non custodial father of three kids ages
15, 14 and 12.  On 1/14 my kids informed me that they were being
evicted from the house my ex rented.  On 1/19 my two older kids moved
in with me along with their dog and cat and some of my ex's
pool tips?02 Mar 2007 02:54 GMT7
We bought our first house this fall, which happens to have a pool
(above-ground) in the back yard. It was open and running when we viewed
the house; the sellers closed the pool at the end of the summer as we
weren't closing on the house until the second week in September. I've
