two year old home and the child (my step-son) has his own room, clothes,
toys and belongings here.

at school, did once at home for a sitter, but that's it.  What's going
on with her?  She knows the routine, has been peeing in the toilet for
about a year, but still no poops.  Any advice or recommendations?
