I'd add it to that really long thread, but I'm not seeing it right off
on this page. Of course, my 2-y/o scratched my cornea a couple of
weeks ago and everything is blurry and more difficult for me to read,
so I may just be missing it. lol. Anyway, a grandmother down the

One in five fathers wrongly identified by mothers in Child Support Agency claims08 Aug 2008 15:49 GMT1
Oh, my God..  "The agency now costs more than £500m a year to run, more than
double the cost in 1997."  WTF?!?!?
Check out the numbers they use, especially when they get to the part how
5000 NCPs owe 26 million pounds (52 million US dollars).

5yo cries easily06 Aug 2008 07:22 GMT3
Our 5yo cries a lot, over silly things, such as not having a ball to
play with because he lost it, while his two younger siblings still
have balls. Usually his crying episodes are brief. He's a nice kid,
but he needs to be tougher. I wonder how to develop this quality. His
Ideas for activities (13 month old)06 Aug 2008 02:37 GMT2
#1 and #2 are doing all day (10am to 3pm) ballet school. #2 is thrilled
because she thinks she is really "big" doing it. It's meant for from age 5yo
but the teacher said she'd take her too.
#1's pleased because she's just been told she got a merit in her ballet
Trevino caught at last!!05 Aug 2008 15:02 GMT3
Viola Trevino, who ran from the law for, among other things, filing a false
claim for C$ for a child that didn't exist, was finally caught and brought
to court to face her crimes.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

But anyway..

Laxatives04 Aug 2008 01:59 GMT18
A while ago there was a thread about some laxatives for kids;
non-habit forming and non-addictive. It is available OTC.
I can't find that. I tried Benefiber chew able tablets,
they seem to give him a  bloated tummy. This is for  a 6yr old.

vomit stains?01 Aug 2008 22:01 GMT5
Does anyone know how to get vomit out of carpet?  If it matters, it's
been there about 4 days.  I used an aerosol carpet foam, but that
didn't do much.  Any ideas?  I'm afraid of trying anything because I
don't want to make it worse.
