insisting that the child really exists.  And it works!  21 years down
to....ONE!

A couple years ago we were able to avoid this thanks to President
Bush's veto.  Now that Obama is president, Congress is once again
considering legislation to implant S-CHIPs into impoverished children,
and this time it won't be vetoed.
