Not an area I'm an expert in, but many years ago I worked as an
auditor for
the New South Wales (Australia) State Rail. As the job on occasion
required

fundamentally corrupt and disregard the importance truth and justice,
the law will eventually get you because the law is specifically
designed to catch and punish bad people; even though they may corrupt

person makes post to ask question and immediately logs off
only one minute later meldon has logged on and posted answer to question
both posts have same ip address

deadbeat dad has served reply for not paying support

loses case but pretends he won because honesty and truth must prevail
deadbeat's best hope: reduced arrears and kick in pants
