Fingers crossed please!20 Jul 2003 10:54 GMT6
I woke up very early this morning feeling a little (!) damp, wasn't sure
if it was my waters or I had just lost control of my bladder, especially
as I have since been to the loo about every 90 minutes since. I have
definitely had my show, so that's one tick on the list.  I am ...
3 hour glucose test question (long)19 Jul 2003 20:26 GMT3
My wife took her 1 hour test at 29 weeks, which is last week,  and the
value was 145. Our OB says it should be below 140. So she took the 3
hours test this week. The results is not good.

Anyone know what causes leg cramps at night? I've been getting them in my
calf muscles (ooch!) and the pain is unbelievable (I'm hoping labour pains
are not much worse!)
I've been told that pointing my feet towards me can help. What I want to

Experts help me with level 2 sono definition18 Jul 2003 18:24 GMT1
What is the level 2 sonogram?  Is that the sonogram that a prego typically
gets at 18-20 to determine certain things about baby anatomy, bone structure
etc, where they estimate your babies age in weeks?  and can also determine
sex? What else.
Low Placenta= C-Section?18 Jul 2003 17:47 GMT4
Just got wonderful results from our twenty week level II sono.  The baby,
thankfully, is great as far as the doctors can tell. We were a bit distressed,
however by the news that my placenta, in this 21st week, is low in front near
my cervix and unless it "migrates" by the 32nd week, ...
Large baby?!18 Jul 2003 09:19 GMT8
I had my 38 week midwife appointment yesterday and she mentioned that the
baby was a good size, when I asked her what kind of size she was talking
about she said 9lbs! She also said that the baby was head down but "back to
back" position.  I am only 5ft 2in tall but I guess I do ...

My sister just had a baby girl and got her ears pierced at
the hospital?? I think it is cute to put little pink bows in
their hair and stuff like that. But isn't getting their ears
pierced right out of the womb a bit out there.

Well, I guess I have been disappointed of late at the lack of compassionate,
honest replies to my postings.  I've learned a lot over the past several
months from this newsgroup, but have seen amazing cliqueism (if such a word
exists).  Guess I don't really need to be a part of that ...
