| Nursing pads - how many? | 31 Aug 2003 11:50 GMT | 13 |
I'm packing my hospital bag, and although it's big, I don't think all the things I need for a 4-day-hospital stay will fit in there. We do need to bring a lot of things ourselves to the hospital over here. The biggest item to go in my hospital bag so far is the box of nursing pads;

| Breastfeeding didn't work out last time, but I want it to this time. | 30 Aug 2003 02:27 GMT | 2 |
As some of you might remember, my son was born at 34 weeks with a poor suck. He was immediately taken to Special Care where he spent the next 2 weeks. Immediately after his birth, I began pumping in my hospital room. I spoke with a LC a couple of times while I was still in the

| 38w6d update | 30 Aug 2003 02:20 GMT | 7 |
Had a midwife appt. today - with Midwife #2, the "normal" one. :-) Everything's fine. I finally remembered to take in a copy of my birth plan and she added it to my chart. She read it over and there were no issues. I found out they consider my due date to be the 5th, not the

We are in Texas, and my wife is due in December. We got the services of what we thought was a good midwife in June, however during three 1-hour monthly appointments (June, July, and August) my wife began piecing out a pattern that suggests this midwife is not right
