colostrum discovery11 Aug 2003 20:25 GMT7
About a week or two ago I posted asking about colostrum and what it looked
like/when it came in.  I was very curious and somewhat anxious because I've
had a breast reduction, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to produce milk.
Well, tonight, after a gruelling day of painful contractions ...
Well, we're going to do it...11 Aug 2003 20:22 GMT1
It's official, I guess!  My DH and I are going to start "trying" for #3!  I
haven't been on any kind of BC since before DD#1 was born, so in theory, I
could have gotten pregnant at any time (and we would have been fine with
that, otherwise we would have used some form of BC).  But ...
replacement baby gear padding11 Aug 2003 19:17 GMT1
DH and I spent the weekend with in-laws and came away (as planned) with
as much of the family baby gear as we could pack in our car.  I was
absolutely amazed at what DH and his brother managed to fit in our
4-door sedan with folded down seats: a complete crib, a pack-and-play, a
question about cat litter...please help11 Aug 2003 14:26 GMT23

My 7 week ultrasound10 Aug 2003 19:09 GMT5
I went ahead and had my 7 week ultrasound.  The doctor had scared me by
saying he didn't see a fetal pole in the gestational sack at the 6 week
transvaginal  ultrasound.
I went into the radiology department where the staff was friendly,
Jealousy10 Aug 2003 14:55 GMT5
Ok this may be long, so I warned ya!  I just found out that my cousin is
TTC.  Which I found out she is only doing this because of the attention my
hubby and I got when we were expecting.  She said that they were not
"actively trying" but if she gets pregnant she gets pregnant.  ...
Help with choosing a sling, please?10 Aug 2003 12:52 GMT1
Well, Aeryn is now feeding like a (very cute) pig - she put on 13 ounces in
one week, and now weighs 8lb 1oz, so I'm officially a happy woman!  However,
she doesn't like being put in her carrycot, which makes it rather difficult
to do stuff like putting washing out without getting ...

Its a girl! And the moved the due date from Dec 22 to Dec 15. It was
an overwhelming experience to see my first child for the first. I
actually felt a little light headed. I suppose this means I am
