with the midwife. My wife has not been examined by the doctor or midwife to

For those who have had a c/section when does the scar/site
go flat again....in general, I'm not talking drum flat, but

About an hour ago I had a small, but unmistakable, gush of fluid.
Contractions are very mild and I have not even tried to time them yet,
they are pretty far apart, but I expect that they will pick up pretty

Even though my dr. assured me that my ultrasound was okay, I got the
report the other day so that I can give it to my new OB.  It says that
I had marginal placenta previa at the time of the u/s.  Does this
usually correct itself?

On Thursday this past week i went for my 36 week appointment.
My doctor says the baby is a great size and will be about 8 pounds when
born. Pheww i hope he is right afterall my last was 9, 9. I can handle 8
pounds im sure. My doctor also says i may not go till 40 weeks i may go a

So for the first month or so postpartum the pounds and inches just
melted away while I continued to enjoy ice cream and pastries to my
heart's content.  Since then, I've hit a plateau.  I figure that if I
try to get daily exercise and stop the ice cream and pastries (and
