I had a C-section appx 40 days ago, and had a healthy adoreable baby.
This was my first baby and I am in my mid-thirties.  Now, my incision
hurts with a dull pain... doctor tells me that It will be OK.... I
would like to know any tips that anyone can provide about what can be
