terrified of new booster seat!13 Sep 2003 00:30 GMT8
We bought a booster seat for my 58 pount 4 yr. old son yesterday and im just
terrified of it!  The other car seat was in the rear center and this one is on
the side. Nothing attaches the seat to the car and the shoulder belt goes
through it on the side and then around Matt.  The ...

I really dont know what I should ask from the midwife or the nurse.  When I

question about ready ovulation sticks12 Sep 2003 17:48 GMT4
I tested on day 9 of my cycle and there was a faint-ish line on the stick,
day 10 showed a line maybe a fraction darker and day 11 was no
line.....so.... does that mean I surged on day 10 and  ovulated on day 11?
I am wondering if I interpreting these right or not.  anyone know?  I ...
hemorrhoids w/2nd birth12 Sep 2003 17:44 GMT3
Hello--
I'm Lila, due October 24.  I mostly lurk but occasionally post.
As the birth of my second child approaches, the thing I'm most
apprehensive about (I'm only partly joking) a repeat of the
Not posted for a while......12 Sep 2003 17:28 GMT9
Not posted on here for a while, but been an avid reader!  Many
congratulations to all of ladies that have had babies.
I am nearly 36 weeks now, and have not had an easy pregnancy by any means.
I had trouble with pelvis pain from quite early on, but at 30 weeks it
No heartbeat visble on U/S at what we thought was 10 weeks?12 Sep 2003 14:44 GMT4
My wife went to the OB/GYN two weeks ago after two positive HPTs.  She
thought she was at that time 8 weeks.   The nurse listened for but did
not hear a heartbeat.  They did not do an ultrasound at that first
visit.  They only did a blood test and a physical exam.
Stroller Indecision12 Sep 2003 07:19 GMT6
We did a trek to Babies R Us to check out baby stuff, and I'm hoping
for some feedback to help me make a decision.
We checked out the stroller travel systems and decided that it's way
too bulky, heavy and cumbersome for me to handle.  I'm petite and have
My OB fired me!!!12 Sep 2003 06:10 GMT20
I just received a letter from my OB.  He "suggested" I find another dr
because he feels "uncomfortable" with my "expectations."  Sheesh.
I'm pretty ticked off right now.  It's not like I live in a major
centre.  All I want to do is attempt a VBAC.  I told him I understand
Double stroller half-life and logistics12 Sep 2003 04:27 GMT5
Ok, so I already have a double stroller. Truth be told, I have 2. I really
don't like either of them, and am trying to decide if it's worth it to go
for a nice new one with the bells and whistles or just to stop being such a
damn princess and stick with the two I've got.  ;)
Sad News12 Sep 2003 03:27 GMT25
Well, we got some very bad news today.  I hadn't felt the baby move since
yesterday morning, and then it was very little.  I called the doctor and he
had me try different things to make her move, and nothing worked.  He had
me go in about 1:00.  At that time, he was unable to find a ...
Are questions from a soon-to-be dad welcome in here?12 Sep 2003 03:13 GMT5
I will be a first time dad and feel a bit uncomfortable posting a girl's
group like this one but I just was wondering if someone who is a new mom
could answer a question.

Fuller Lips?11 Sep 2003 19:17 GMT3
Since I found out I was pregnant, (and awhile before I knew)  my lips seem
to be fuller.  I normally have very thin, bird like lips.  I must say I love
the way my lips look now!  I was wondering if anyone else noticed this
during their pregnancy.
February due dates11 Sep 2003 19:12 GMT2
How's everyone feeling this month?  Is the morning sickness gone, the
tiredness starting to fade?  Not too huge yet, but enough belly to run
your hands over with that sweet, wistful smile on your face when you
don't think anyone's noticing? :)  How is sleeping, getting more
