In a nutshell:  I posted earlier today about feeling crampy, making frequent
trips to the bathroom for #2, and feeling a bit nauteous last evening until
this morning,  and wondering how much longer I might expect to feel this way

There is not one place here that offers Yoga or exercise classes for

Well, I just got back from the OB. Nice enough fellow.  The one thing
that stuck out was he didn't look at his watch the whole time I was
there.  I was there for about 40 minutes, too.

It looks like my water's broken...this morning I had a couple of
unmistakeable but small leaks that turned into a steady trickle for a
while, and now has mostly stopped. Now I seem to have all sorts
of...erm...stuff coming out of me. I've only just started having actual
