brief (re)intro and a question03 Sep 2003 03:23 GMT5
Hi gang,
My name is Grace and I was an intermittent poster/lurker when I was pregnant
with my DS about 3 years ago.  I'm newly pregnant (about 5 weeks) with #2
and I'm really glad to be back.
How soon after the first baby did you get baby fever again?03 Sep 2003 00:55 GMT9
I have an eleven week old boy.  Once he hit 8 weeks and started sleeping
through the night, I desperately wanted another!  Baby fever still hasn't left
yet!  He's too easy, though... makes me think since he's so good, number 2 will
be a holy terror!
Hopefully I'll be joining this group soon..02 Sep 2003 22:56 GMT1
If things go well, hopefully soon I'll be visiting this group more
frequently. My wife and I will be trying to conceive our first child in
about a week or so. This seems to be a pretty active and supportive group,
I'm wondering if I'll be teaching my wife how to use newsgroups ...
Hospital Poll - summary02 Sep 2003 21:39 GMT3
Thanks to all who responded to the poll on hospital births I posted last
week.  Here's a summary of the results for anyone who's interested.
I got information on 29 different hospitals where mkp'ers have either
given birth or are planning on giving birth.

I'm new to the group and just wanted to share my news with someone. I
promised husband that I wouldn't share the news with anyone, but I
don't know anyone here yet! I've taken 3 home tests this weekend and
all are positive! Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself and say I'm
Need some help.....02 Sep 2003 19:48 GMT2
like Cheryl I really didn't think I'd make it this far or to my due
date. Well, it really looks like I will see the 10th and be pregnant.
My midwife appt was not exactly encouraging. We skipped the cervical
check as there really was no reason. She did say he

False positive?02 Sep 2003 17:21 GMT2
A little background: I had an ectopic pregnancy (my second in the same
tube)laparoscopically removed just over four weeks ago - they took the
whole tube out 'cause it had ruptured. The doctor had a look around in
there and said everything else looked healthy. I got my period four
Pre-eclampsia02 Sep 2003 14:43 GMT10
I have been struggling with swelling in my legs and feet since the day I
became pregnant.  My doctor has been keeping close eyes on me and so far
blood pressure has been great, and no protein in the urine.  2 weeks ago, at
my last check up, he made a comment about thinking of ...

Still no AF! I have tested again and it's still negative!! If I am pg I am 6

Help with Pregnancy Test02 Sep 2003 14:09 GMT4
Hi, never been here before - looking for some help re: home pregnancy test.
My wife believes she/we might be pregnant. We've waited for the last few
hours to do a test before she went to bed, and well, the practicalities of
it all meant that I don't think enough urine made it onto ...
My 36 week update02 Sep 2003 12:58 GMT3
Seems like there's been a lot of updates lately, so I thought I'd add
mine as well.
Yesterday my doctor was trying to feel the baby's position and got a
strange look in his eye.  He said he was pretty sure he felt the head

Joint pain and mobility during labor02 Sep 2003 05:18 GMT19
With the all-around pelvic joint pain I'm having now, I'm worried about
how it may affect me during labor.  During Julie's birth, I was
constantly moving - flipping between Bradley side-lying relaxation
position, all-fours, pacing, sitting, squatting, etc.  I can't imagine
