NEW YORK (AP) -- "Late Night" host Conan O'Brien and his wife, Liza
Powel O'Brien, are the parents of a baby girl, NBC announced
Wednesday.
Neve O'Brien was born Tuesday in New York City. She weighed 6 pounds,
telling people the name(s) picked out?16 Oct 2003 17:58 GMT81
Reading all the name threads, I have to ask: is anyone else uneasy
about telling the names you are thinking of using?  My Mom really
wants to, er, help :), but we really already have just a few top choices
for a boy name and we know the baby is a boy.  I just don't want to

My DS was born on Sept. 7th, at 9:49 pm.  He weighed in at 8 pounds 4
biting baby - help!16 Oct 2003 09:55 GMT2
Hi there - My DS is almost 14 months old and I have what might be an odd
problem. He is learning to kiss, but he doesn't understand the mechanics of
it, and he bites me. He has left teeth marks on my face frequently and I
think last night he bruised my cheek because I am very sore ...

I am 35 weeks and my tummy really hurting, it feels like my belly muscles

faster rate? How to help ease this pain? On top of that I am having Braxton
recovering from postnatal depression15 Oct 2003 21:11 GMT5
a pregnancy newsgroup seems the most appropriate place to ask this
question

it quite badly (I was admitted to hospital) but no one has actually given
Slow heart beat15 Oct 2003 18:58 GMT8
I've just come back from my (almost) 39 week appointment. All was fine
except the midwife commented that the heartbeat was slow. It was about 120
after I had moved a bit and sat up. She said it was probably that baby
doesn't like me lying on my back. I think baby might well be ...
trouble getting up and walking15 Oct 2003 17:55 GMT13
I find that if I sit for a long time when I get up my hip joints do not work just right and I have
to limp for several steps and it hurts.  After several steps though it quits hurting and things seem
to fall into place.

intending to use this occassion to tell this group of friends that I
am pregnant.  When I mentioned this to another friend, she suggested

Sugar Water for babies of diabetic moms?15 Oct 2003 14:49 GMT4
Yesterday at week 33 we had our Baby Care class with one of the maternity
nurses at our hospital. It was an excellent, informative class and well worth
our time.  However I felt uneasy when she informed us that whether or not our
baby tested positive for low sugar upon delivery, the ...
Saving for a baby!15 Oct 2003 14:47 GMT33
DH & I are planning on having a baby in the next year or two, and although
we are both on stable incomes it seems babies are expensive so to alleviate
some of the stress/ strain thought it would be wise to try and save some
money. Question is, what is essential when the baby is ...
