I find that if I sit for a long time when I get up my hip joints do not work just right and I have
to limp for several steps and it hurts.  After several steps though it quits hurting and things seem
to fall into place.

This isn't as off-topic as it might seem!  DH, ds and I are planning
to go to a Hallowe'en party with a whole bunch of my friends.  I was
intending to use this occassion to tell this group of friends that I

Well we went to the Dr. last afternoon.  Shannon BP is 124 / 70.  She is now
at 157 lbs. Gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks.  The baby is still head down.  She is
