Any suggestions on starting labor? Any that aren't unsafe for baby I mean. I am exactly one week overdue and was suppose to get induced to day for many reasons; So my husband can be there-we cant afford for him to take time off of work

I am keen to have a more natural birth and looked around the Edgware birth centre this week. Does anybody have experience with this centre. What do they do in an emergency during the birth, e.g. heavy blood loss?

I was just wondering, would an ultrasound (vaginal)done early (at 8 weeks) be accurate as far as determining or ruling out twins? Has anyone ever NOT found out they are carrying twins until the second ultrasound, at 4-5 months?
