Let me start by saying Thank You again Elle!  Since you shared your story
with me, I thought you might want an update on mine.  I did go in for my
ultrasound on monday.  I knew something was wrong with the left side because
they didn't show me the left but they did show me the right ...

Hi everyone....first let me give a bit of my background.  I had what
appeared to be a m/c on sept 19th.  I am still bleeding.  I had an ob app
and she said everything looked good and ran some test.  Well the tissue I
had passed was not products of conception and my HCG was 108.  Now ...

DH and I are having a heck of a time finding names we both love.  One
thing I'm sensitive about is finding a name that could potentially
have a bad nickname, or a bad combo of initials.
Last name starts with "R".  If you saw the initials "MMR" would it be

I've always had thinish hair, so I was so excited when I read in all my
pregnancy books that most pregnant women shed less and find they have
thicker than usual hair. Instead, I am shedding just awfully and my hair is
thinner than ever. Wah! My mom says the same thing happened to ...

I've been getting a very watery colourless (and odourless I think) discharge
since 25 weeks (I'm now 29 weeks). I seem to get about 1 big leak a day
(about 1 tablespoon of fluid).
I've resorted to wearing pantyliners now!

And it all went really well!  I had figured my due date to be June 3 and
with their wheel they said June 5, so close enough.  My blood pressure was I
think 110/68, which is pretty normal for me, and they did all the normal
blood work and urine samples for an initial appointment.

I'm trying to figure out which carseat/pushchair/travel-system to buy
in advance of our first arrival, and I'm wondering whether anyone puts
their baby straight into a lie-flat "suitable from birth" pushchair,
without a carrycot/carseat/TravelSystem-thing. Do they hold the baby

Is it possible for large babies (ie, 9-11 lbs at birth) to run in a family?
My husband's side of the family keeps telling me (proudly!) that large
babies run in their family. My sister in law had 2 c-sections- I am not sure
how much her DD weighed but her DS was taken early, she ...

Or purchased one?  If so, which brand and did you like it?

I woke up this morning because my abdominal area was hurting really bad on
my left side (I was sleeping on that side) so I moved onto my right side. It
continued, and it hurt really bad then moved towards my lower back.
 But it only lasted about 2 minutes or so.

Just wanted to let you know I'm still here just haven't done the birth story
yet.  I'm working on it.
We are doing well with our little 8 day old girl.  She spaced out sleeping

I was just wondering from the moms who have had both whether
1.  they thought the boys moved alot more than the girls
2.  and if they thought the boys were more mellow
