Update: Slight Glitch10 Nov 2003 00:37 GMT2
Well, I'm just back from five days in the hospital. And I'm only 23
weeks along. No, no m/c or anything awful like that, don't worry.
Still unpleasant, though.
Four years ago (almost to the day -- Nov. 13) I was in a major highway
General anesthetic for C-section09 Nov 2003 22:31 GMT27
I've had one emergency c-section and am most likely to  have another
c-section. I had a spinal with the first and I had a headache so bad
for like a week I couldn't even turn my head or barely even move my
eyes from side to side.
mononucleosis and pregnancy09 Nov 2003 21:00 GMT1
I recently became pregnant (I am six weeks with pregnant) while on the
pill and at around the same time, I discovered that I was infected with
mono.  In addition, my doctor informed me that I had an enlarged
spleen.

FAM/spotting/AF questions09 Nov 2003 06:01 GMT2
DD is now 16 months old and bfs several times a day, including once
overnight, and AF hasn't made an appearance yet.  I also have PCOS and take
Agnus castus (when I remember).  For the past couple of weeks I've been
having minor spotting every couple of days and generally feeling ...

Dear pals,
I need some advise about the following:
1. it is pretty cold these couple weeks, so we turn on the heat; however, I
find it is kind of dry for dd. Should I get some kind of humidifier? hot
chicken pox - not immune? x-posted09 Nov 2003 05:12 GMT5
Poor Kami came out in spots on Wednesday, and Thursday he was covered. He
had been happy as anything, but last night was awful. He cried all night and
had a fever, the paracetamol and flannels didn't cool him. He is now fast
asleep on his daddy, and is cool.
prenatal massage09 Nov 2003 04:39 GMT6
DH has been great about giving me backrubs, but it was clear I needed
some serious massage time and I splurged on an hour massage.  It was
the best thing in the world.
Anyone else get one?

Ok, so a couple days ago I was in the bathroom attempting a BM which
any pregnant woman knows is not an easy feat.  Sorry, I forgot to
mention I'm 11 weeks along.  I must have been straining really hard
because when I was finished all of a sudden a big glob of bright red
Hi All, I'm back!09 Nov 2003 00:59 GMT11
I was here last year when my partner was pregnant with our now 14 month old

Another July Baby (mc mentioned)09 Nov 2003 00:24 GMT16
Hi everyone. I introduced myself again on the roll call thread, but thought
I would make it official.
I learned I was pregnant last week. I am currently 5 weeks.
I announced a pregnancy in May but we lost the baby in June. We are very
Hello08 Nov 2003 23:58 GMT4
I posted here awhile ago, but haven't been around for some time.
I am currently 22.5 weeks pregnant with my first child.  According to the
ultrasound, it's a boy (although I won't be fully convinced of that until
he's here and I can see for myself!).

Anyone have a favorite book to recommend to new Mommies-to-be? I have "What
to Expect..." but I am wondering if y'all have favorites.
Thanks
Sunshine
