Thanks all for your help with posts regarding c-section.
If I have a scheduled c-section almost 2 weeks before my actual due date.
Isnt taking the baby out when he/she is not ready risky?  The baby may not
be expecting it because labor has not started, what if he/she is sleeping,

We just had our 20 week scan and I did not ask the sex of the baby -
although it would be ok if I knew. During the scan I thought I heard
the person doing the scan say something like 'because you are having a
little girl I need to take a closer look here' when she was looking at

I popped 4 months ago but drop in every now n then (it's hard to give up
uppp).  I'd noticed that Linz was hoping for a homebirth (mine was scotched
when ds came 6 weeks early) so I was rooting for her and watching.  I've not

Hi all, I am 15 weeks along with my first baby, I've had 2 O/B visits with
the last one being 2 days ago, where he listened for the heartbeat (heard
it, blew my mind!).  He told me he won't schedule me for an u/s until after
my next visit, the day before Thanksgiving.

Do UK hospitals note down a baby's time of birth?  Does it appear on the
birth certificate?  My husband says it doesn't, but we can't find his

I hope I am wrong but I am afraid I am in the early stages of a m/c. I was
