Is it ok to esercise - mainly weight training and cycling during the 2ww while waitng for the egg to implant? I know its not advisable to weight train during first trimester (for me anyway) but not sure about 2ww

I just had to share how thrilled I am (AGAIN) that I am actually having a baby. Being a first-time mom at 40 is a surprise. I hope it isn't bad luck to be dreaming and buying baby clothes.

I thought I heard someone mention this is bad for you while pregnant? I am in the u.s., and am wondering if it is ok to eat a greek salad from the grocery store deli which has feta cheese on it. It doesn't have much, but it has maybe an ounce....

we got a little peanut with a heartbeat!!!!! Everything looked great, right on schedule 8wk4ds, and apparently I have developed a tilted uterus since my last birth. Dh's face when he saw the lil one with the heart just beating away was priceless :-)
