pregnancy and asthma (and advair in particular)31 Dec 2003 20:04 GMT8
OK, I would love to know what you all think of pregnancy and asthma,
and, in particular, advair.  When I talked to my doctor about pregnancy,
he never mentioned anything about the advair that I use, but I have
recently been wondering about it.  I suffer from mild but persistent
7-month old sleepwear31 Dec 2003 17:25 GMT3
We have been putting our 7 1/2 month old to sleep in infant
long-sleeved pajamas with feet. When my dad babysat for us the
other night, he remarked that we did not have a blanket to put on
him at night. I thought we were not supposed to put blankets in the
Why Can't I Stop Eating So Much???  RANT!31 Dec 2003 16:12 GMT19
Why Can't I Stop Eating So Much???
It's getting absolutely ridiculous!  Since the time change, I haven't been
walking my 4 - 6 times per week.  I've also started eating like mad!!!
Sweets, sweets and more sweets.  It's horrible.
How low can you feel the baby at 20 weeks?31 Dec 2003 16:08 GMT5
Just wondering...I have not felt the fluttering I was feeling in a couple of
weeks, that I used to feel around my belly button and just below. For a
couple of days I have felt the fluttering VERY low, like where I think my
kidneys and ovaries are, and just above the pubic bone in ...
a bit of a belated introduction31 Dec 2003 01:32 GMT4
I know that I never really introduced myself here, so maybe it's about
time that I did that.  :-)  Well, the story is pretty boring.  ;-)  I'm
a fairly private person and don't really like to reveal a *whole* lot
online, but here is what I usually do tell people...
Update on happy news30 Dec 2003 23:15 GMT6
Thanks to all for your kind wishes after our announcement of baby number 2.
We have been searching for a nickname for the lump (ds1 was bean as he
looked like a baked bean on the first scan!) and when I asked ds what was in
mummy's tummy he snorted and said piggy.  I nearly fell off ...
Quercetin- what I found....30 Dec 2003 22:55 GMT3
I have found a few statements saying to avoid quercetin during pregnancy, so
forget that idea! It does work well for me for nasal congestion,
surprisingly....after a week or two of taking it my nose doesn't stop up
anymore. But, not during pregnancy!! Does anyone know of ...
Tri-phasic BBT and negative HPT30 Dec 2003 22:18 GMT12
It was quite a blast (in the negative sense) to learn that a tri-phasic
BBT doesn't imply pregnancy. I've read TCYOF cover to cover, and it
doesn't say anywhere explicitly that this happens or why. I ovulated on
CD17, had a second jump in my BBT on CD26, it lasted for four days well
Just Found Your Group...30 Dec 2003 21:22 GMT8
Hi everyone,  I am right at 37 weeks pregnant.  This baby is due on
January 19, 2004.  My son was born exactly four weeks early, but that
was nine years ago and I had problems with my home life, my blood
pressure, and other things, so far with this one everything has been
Baby Product Reviews30 Dec 2003 17:20 GMT17
I am a father to be and I am looking for reviews on every thing you
can think of that has to do with babies. I have been using
www.consumerreports.org but have found that their scope of gear is
narrow in such a broad market. Does anyone else have any good web
When is wheat ok?30 Dec 2003 17:13 GMT1
We started DS on rice cereal at 5 1/2 months and have gradually
increased to oatmeal, sweet potatoes, peas, beans, carrots, pears,
applesauce, etc....at 7 1/2 months. We give him solids usually twice a
day, and no more than half a little jar of vegetables and then some
BIG News!30 Dec 2003 17:12 GMT63
I went for my second ultrasound today.  The first one did not show anything,
because I was too early.  Today, I was 6 weeks 2 days.  We were able to see
both babies.
Yes, both.  We're having twins!!  We saw their heartbeat.  They are
car seat-why do we need a new one?30 Dec 2003 17:11 GMT8
The infant rear-facing carseat we used with my ds will be 4 years old
when new baby arrives. Ds hit 20 lbs at 6 months, so the original seat
was only used 6 months. We did not use it like a baby bucket, very
rarely carried him around it, never rode him in a stroller in it, it was ...
re: heart rates for boys/girls30 Dec 2003 17:07 GMT1
Sophie,
I forgot to ask - which sex do you have a preference for this time?
Honey
Hi, first post here..hi risk pregnancy30 Dec 2003 17:04 GMT23
Hi, I have been reading a few posts here and I'm ready to post now!
I just found out a week ago that I was pregnant (I had no idea) and just
had an ultrasound today that told me I was around 8 weeks along. The
pregnancy is hi risk and I am freaked out to tell my family and ...
