We have 4 months old boy. My wife did breast-feed him only 6 weeks because she couldn'd produce enough milk for our boy. She has had two periods after delivery and now her period is more than a week late. We are now wondering is it possible she could be pregnant again so soon

My BP is normally 120/60 I think but am not sure. I know the top number is 120. Last visit it was 90/60. I don t ever remember it being 90 on top- what does this mean and what can cause it to go down that much???
