Hi Everyone,

Wow, I can't believe it!  I got the official word today!  My hpt's were
all correct!  ;-)  I will have my first prenatal appointment in January.
I just wish I had an idea of when I ovulated so that I might be able
to make my own little estimate for the due date, but the truth ...
The baby is here!30 Dec 2003 16:44 GMT10
Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. But now, there is BIG news: our
son Sem was born on Dec. 21st!
Fortunately, the ultrasound I had a couple of days earlier, showed that he
was _not_ breech as both the OB and we were thinking, so I could have a
Signs of labor... none!30 Dec 2003 14:18 GMT10
As far as I can tell, there are no early signs of labor. It just kinda
happens. Unless your water breaks early, there is no way of knowing
that labor may or may not be about to begin. Anyone agree/disagree?
Another thing- my wife has rheumatoid arthritis. In the past few days
how to apply a spanking30 Dec 2003 06:05 GMT4
This was posted to a mother who asked advice about spanking her child.
To follow up on what I said before, I don't want to recommend without knowing
what is going on, what to do. It is your choice as a mother, and must be guided
by your own thoughts, those of your daughter, and your ...
20 Weeks and something's popped!30 Dec 2003 02:20 GMT3
Wow..I will be 20 weeks on Monday and something certainly has popped out in
the pregnancy this week.....I feel like a freight train has hit me. I am
extremely tired (and having a hard time sleeping, but I am so lethargic and
tired all day long)...lethargic is the word. Also have ...
About baby stuff...30 Dec 2003 02:18 GMT2
I have a question regarding my baby; however, it doesn't really related to
pregnancy. But I couldn't find a good group to ask...so please forgive me
to use the space here.
I have got a cloth book for my baby as a Christmas gift. It doesn't mention
My first BH contractions29 Dec 2003 19:31 GMT2
I had my 32-week OB appointment yesterday and he asked if I had had any
contractions.  I said I hadn't.  Then, lo and behold, today I get them.  :-P
So I'm just taking it easy today but I somehow have to get to the
grocery store to buy a ham for tomorrow's dinner.  DH, sweetheart ...

Hi guys.  Long time lurker, part-time contributor here.  My DW is now
precisely 1 day overdue, and I'm getting antsy!  So can any of you wonderful
people provide some tips - btw we've tried: curry, walking (lots of),
firework displays(!), driving.  Any more ideas.
May not be related to pregnancy........29 Dec 2003 15:37 GMT12

We are looking to move to Maryland and i would like some inputs from you
guys as to school districts, cost of living and safety when comparing
Montgomery, Howard and Ann Arundel counties. Thanks for any info.
difficulty urinating? is this normal?29 Dec 2003 15:21 GMT3
this is a bit embarassing but also confusing........for several days now I
have noticed some difficulty in urinating even when I feel full and have to
"go". It is much noticeably worse first thing in the morning when I first
get up..........I have to sit there for a while and when I ...

Since December 16, which is when I had my ultrasound, I have gained almost 7

down just 4-5 pounds or so from my pre-pregnancy weight. I was so worried
about this for a long time, I just have to comment! I don't ...

Just wanted to drop a quick note that Salome Andrea was born on December 9th.
