William Edwin was born on February 10th at 9:19am. He was 8lbs 14oz and 21 inches long. Everyone is healthy!! I doubt I will write a whole birth story...I feel very traumatized by how it went and it feels deeply personal. Hope everyone is doing well!

For at least a couple of weeks, now, I've been feeling pretty serious pressure on my bladder. I thought that that was supposed to level off for the second tri, and then come back in the third? It's been bad enough so that it makes it a little, um, interesting to walk. ;-) I'm ...

I posted a week or so ago that I was experiencing worry because I didn't really "feel" pregnant (I'm about 12 weeks). Well, I had my OB appt today, and they did a sneaky peek on the u/s and the baby was actually looking more like a baby instead of a bean, and I could make out ...

| 34 weeks | 29 Feb 2004 09:52 GMT | 2 |
I'm 34 weeks this week and I think I've gone bonkers. LOL I've had to apologize to DH several times this last week over how out of character I've acted. I've been highly emotional, annoyed at everything, and worry like nobody's business over the tiniest little things. I have

We saw the perinatologist this morning. She was very kind, and took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions. We took another look at the baby on the u/s and saw absolutely no fluid this time. It seems that (on top of everything else,

I am still confused about these (I am 28 weeks)...I know not everyone gets them but I am still trying to figure out if I have had them and they are behind some of my mild discomforts of the stomach. When I mentioned a bit of pain and tightness to my OB last month she said I am ...

| postpartum: stool stofteners? | 28 Feb 2004 19:26 GMT | 23 |
I was reading through my hospital's pregnancy manual where they tell you exactly what to expect out of their care etc. It says they give you a self-administered medication kit to take home with you and in it is a stool softener they recommend taking to help with bowel movements ...
