My Baby Boy Has Arrived!!!29 Feb 2004 23:25 GMT43
William Edwin was born on February 10th at 9:19am.  He was 8lbs 14oz and 21
inches long.  Everyone is healthy!!  I doubt I will write a whole birth
story...I feel very traumatized by how it went and it feels deeply personal.
Hope everyone is doing well!
pressure on bladder at 14.5 weeks?29 Feb 2004 22:16 GMT8
For at least a couple of weeks, now, I've been feeling pretty serious
pressure on my bladder.  I thought that that was supposed to level off
for the second tri, and then come back in the third?  It's been bad
enough so that it makes it a little, um, interesting to walk.  ;-)  I'm ...
"Worried" Update29 Feb 2004 21:30 GMT10
I posted a week or so ago that I was experiencing worry because I didn't
really "feel" pregnant (I'm about 12 weeks).  Well, I had my OB appt
today, and they did a sneaky peek on the u/s and the baby was actually
looking more like a baby instead of a bean, and I could make out ...

Does anyone else have this problem. Strangers trying to touch your belly in

MMR29 Feb 2004 14:44 GMT9
What views does everyone have over the current MMR controversy? I'm very
worried about what decision I'm going to have to make down the road, how
does everyone else feel?
34 weeks29 Feb 2004 09:52 GMT2
I'm 34 weeks this week and I think I've gone bonkers. LOL
I've had to apologize to DH several times this last week over how out of
character I've acted. I've been highly emotional, annoyed at everything,
and worry like nobody's business over the tiniest little things. I have

Drat-- panic attack possible today.29 Feb 2004 02:45 GMT5
Let me say again, drat!!! I had one full blown panic attack in this
pregnancy several weeks ago, and that's it but have spent the entire
pregnancy fearing one since in the first trimester I experienced some
attacks of shortness of breath/rapid heartbeat/adrenaline rush.
turning question28 Feb 2004 23:29 GMT14
I had my midwifes appointment the other day, she said 'oh what a smart baby,
his already head down' me being in my pregnancy brain state went 'eh?' and
she said that his head was already down and it was likely that he wouldn't
turn around again.
No fluid/20 week induction update28 Feb 2004 22:51 GMT66
We saw the perinatologist this morning.  She was very kind,
and took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions.
We took another look at the baby on the u/s and saw absolutely
no fluid this time.  It seems that (on top of everything else,
Braxton Hicks contractions28 Feb 2004 21:03 GMT19
I am still confused about these (I am 28 weeks)...I know not everyone gets
them but I am still trying to figure out if I have had them and they are
behind some of my mild discomforts of the stomach. When I mentioned a bit of
pain and tightness to my OB last month she said I am ...
postpartum: stool stofteners?28 Feb 2004 19:26 GMT23
I was reading through my hospital's pregnancy manual where they tell you
exactly what to expect out of their care etc. It says they give you a
self-administered medication kit to take home with you and in it is a
stool softener they recommend taking to help with bowel movements ...
