small for dates homebirth question20 Feb 2004 20:22 GMT17
I have just been advised by my midwife that because my fundal height
has been consistently 2 to 3cm below what it should be for the last 4
weeks, that I may have a small baby (I am 31 weeks along). She then
said that if I was going to have a small baby then I couldn't have a
Castor Oil / Natural means of induction20 Feb 2004 19:23 GMT7
My midwife suggested castor oil to try to get labor started.  I am 41 weeks
and 4 days, 2 cm dilated, very soft and 80% effaced.  Any thoughts?
Thanks

Responding to loss20 Feb 2004 05:17 GMT18
Hello all...
I have a question to everyone.  When a person loses a loved one or
they miscarry, I know that I should say something that shows that I
care and support them.  However, I also know that the wrong thing said
Implantation bleeding or trauma? 20 Feb 2004 05:16 GMT10
Hi everyone, I haven't been around here much lately but I've been lurking
part-time. You can never get away! ;)
Ok, weird question here. I have heard of some people here having
implantation bleeding before but in my three pregnancies I've never had it.

Help settle a week-debate b/w DH and me!!20 Feb 2004 04:41 GMT21
My DH.....knock him on the head, he knows I have pregnancy-brain and am not
in top mental form, and he seems to try to aggravate and confuse me.
My understanding is...this past Monday, I was exactly dated "27 Weeks" by
the OB's. This coming Monday I will reach "28 weeks". My ...
Cats and pg (not about litter or toxoplasmosis)20 Feb 2004 03:55 GMT76
My 2 kitties in the past 2 ww have become so affectionate with me. I cannot
even shower without them being in the same room with me. They are very nice
and gentle (Main Coons) but quite independent. Now I cannot go anywhere
without them following me! I thought in the beginning that ...
How many names?20 Feb 2004 03:30 GMT18
This is one of those things we've been putting off...but the calendar won't
let us put it off forever!
I did not take DH's name when we got married, but we had always discussed
having my last name as part of the baby's name.  Not hyphenated - DH has a

Woo Hoo, Nesting Energy!19 Feb 2004 23:36 GMT1
Well, I asked for it and I got it!  I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and yesterday the
nesting bug hit me.  I have had several days in a row now with no panic
attacks (which is amazing since for the last few months they were coming
every day) and I have more energy and I'm getting to all the ...
