Doula questions05 Feb 2004 19:54 GMT3
Okay, I posted earlier that I had been talking to a doula, but I would like
some input from those of you with experience  about what to ask her when I
meet with her on Friday.
I liked her demeanor on the phone, and she seemed to appreciate the research

29 week update (long)05 Feb 2004 18:35 GMT4
Hello all;
I haven't posted much in the past few weeks, we've been under a black cloud
here after the death of my DH's oldest son last month, but it slowly gets
better.  Traumas tend to bring us closer together and I think that is also
Questions about the sweetener Splenda05 Feb 2004 15:40 GMT25
Is this safe during pregnancy and is it addictive?
I picked up a 6 pack of the flavored water Fruit 2 O and can't get enough of
it.  Even Lewis keeps asking for more.
Other forums I post to seem to think this is better for you than Sweet N Low
My last post on this matter...05 Feb 2004 02:56 GMT26
Whew, will I be glad in 3-4 months when I hold my baby in my arms and
hopefully my body and hormones will get back to normal. I have found
situations to be so much stressful to deal with while pregnant. I am keeping
this post short hopefully.
Crib problem solved!04 Feb 2004 23:46 GMT3
I got through to the company, though it took a few phone calls. Turns
out that it actually is the crib I ordered, it's just marketed under
two names, one which comes with the conversion kit and one which
doesn't. They sent me the one without it by mistake, but they don't

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea04 Feb 2004 20:48 GMT8
I was wondering if I could get some opinions on Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
in pregnancy?  I am in my 32nd week of my first pregnancy, and am
wondering whether it is safe to take the tea, to help prepare myself for
labour.  I have also heard that it might help to regulate my mood.  Are

Negative Urine, Blood Pregnancy Test04 Feb 2004 18:59 GMT6
I've been reading this newsgroup nonstop for the past two weeks.  I am
very regular as far as periods go, and I can't seem to get the
gynocologist to take me seriously.
My last period started on November 24th, 2003.   I had some very light
40 week update04 Feb 2004 18:28 GMT17
I just got back from my drs appt and they want me to have a no-stress test
tomorrow because I will be 3 days overdue.  For some reason this is really
annoying me because the DD is realitive anyway.  Originally based on LMP the
DD was the 3rd anyway.  Has anyone else done this test?  ...
February due dates04 Feb 2004 18:24 GMT14
Okay, roll call time.  All you gorgeously pregnant nine-monthers, are
you ready to strangle someone yet, or are you still enjoying the last
few moments of your in-utero baby?  You're almost there!!  How's the
last month treating you all?  Planning anything special for Valentine's ...
Time to find a new doctor?04 Feb 2004 17:56 GMT7
I posted this to misc.kids.health as well, but I thought I might get
some good answers here too.
I was wondering if anyone could offer advice. Here is my situation:

I forget what it's called.  AFP?  Something else?  Anyway, I'm
participating in another (well, I hope it's another, anyway, if you know
what I mean) study to determine its accuracy.  Neat!  ;-)  I have to do
it in two stages.  I gave blood for the first stage yesterday (along
