most weight gain...?04 Feb 2004 12:00 GMT14
This may sound like a REALLY dumb question but I was wondering if
there was a certain point in pregnancy (for those that already have
children) where you really start gaining weight?  I am currently at 26
weeks and have gained a total of about 10 lbs.  I've read in some

Choking on finger foods??04 Feb 2004 04:18 GMT8
Last night while DH and I were eating dinner, we put DS in his high
chair next to us and I put a few cheerios on the tray. I watched him
carefully, since he is 8 1/2 months old and I am a little paranoid
about choking. Sure enough, he started to cough, and then looked like
Taylor's Modeling Debut04 Feb 2004 00:23 GMT16
To those of you in states with Macy's stores -- Taylor is in the Macy's
advertisement that came in today's mail. The front of it says, Red Hot Sale,
and she's on page 11.  It's her first ad to be print, so we're very excited!
Please keep your eyes out for it.  Unfortunately, for ...

OT, but I really need help with meals03 Feb 2004 23:47 GMT80
Okay, let me lay out the situation:
One of my 4 year old daughters (Victoria) is tube-fed, and in order to wean
her to eating orally, we will need to have specific mealtimes 3 times a day
so she can model her eating behaviour after our consistent behaviour. In

How are you feeling this month, three-monthers?  You're almost out of
the first trimester (depending on how you count) -- still feeling sick
and tired, or are you starting to pick up?  Do you look pregnant?  Heard
the heartbeat yet, or still searching for a care provider who fits ...
Speaking of 2 heartbeats03 Feb 2004 20:21 GMT11
Nooo not twins :)  I had my appointment today (16 weeks) and this was the
hardest it's ever been for a Dr to hear the heartbeat.  He kept hearing
mine.  It kept hiding I guess. It was really interesting to keep going back
and forth to mine, then the baby's then mine.  The Dr and I ...
Ovulatory Bleeding - How Heavy should it be?03 Feb 2004 17:17 GMT5
Can anyone please offer any advice.  I starting bleeding on day 15 of
my cycle and after 2 days it slowed and virtually stopped.  After one
more day it started again and has been here for 2 more days. I am now
on day 20.

Welcome and congratulations, if you're just found out!  Do you feel
pregnant yet, or is it still new and stunning?  Have you started telling
people?  Started to look around at the hospitals and birth centers near
you, taking prenatals?  Any food cravings, any morning queasiness?
May due dates03 Feb 2004 16:12 GMT3
Into the second half of pregnancy!  So it's all swiftly downhill from
here, eh? :)  How's everyone feeling?  Is your body telling you to start
slowing down, taking it a little easier?  How is sleeping going -- lots
of pillows stuck into every nook?  Bellybutton flattening out yet, ...
Brought home a souvenir03 Feb 2004 15:25 GMT27
I've been visiting my home country the last month and we were pretty
exhausted from jetlag and visitors most of the time. But I managed to
bring home a very nice souvenir anyway: I'm pregnant again!! This time
around I waited the 18 days after ovulation, charting was not at all
Stupid colostrum question03 Feb 2004 14:56 GMT8
My colostrum is starting to show up, in tiny drops, at 36 weeks.
Leading me to wonder: is it possible accidentally to run through the
stuff before your baby ever arrives? I admit I've been curious enough
to be trying to produce some at occasional intervals, which I doubt

Hope all is going well for everyone.
I was just wondering my partner has just found out shes actually only 8
