Unsubbing (everything ment.)23 Feb 2004 22:20 GMT39
Just out of the blue it came, no warning signs, nothing whatsoever. I
started to bleed at 4.30pm and four hours later I lost my baby. A tiny
miracle, about half an inch long, all complete with sac and everything. I
was 7.5 weeks pregnant. I need time to get myself back into one ...
How Long Does It Take For Birth Control Pills To Work?23 Feb 2004 20:29 GMT9
If a woman who has never taken birth control pills before, starts
today for example, could she have sex a few days later and be
"covered" or "safe" from pregnancy?  If not, how long does it take the
Pill to be effective when first starting up?
Maybe.....23 Feb 2004 20:11 GMT12
Contractions have been at about 5 minutes apart, 1-1.5 minutes long,
for the last hour and three quarters. My doula is on her way. We are
not 100% sure this won't decide to curl back up and go away, it is
still a little earlier than we expected a baby, but it looks

I'm a little lost23 Feb 2004 17:00 GMT65
Ok, I know this isn't quite the forum for it but I really need to vent.
In Dec. 2002 my husband lost his lucrative tech job as a software
developer. He was making good money and he had been getting job offers
while he was employed so he figured that he would find a new job within
Maternity clothes - waste of money?23 Feb 2004 16:19 GMT40
What do you think? The only maternity item I bought last time was a
pair of black silk pants from Walmart for ten bucks. I wore large
dockers for the first five months (my sis lost 40lb from ww. so she
gave me hers) and for the later part, I simply wore wide dresses which

X-rays and pregnancy23 Feb 2004 11:15 GMT7
Are they totally, 100% prohibited in pregnancy? I had a snowmobiling
accident last weeked before I learned I was pregnant. I didn't go to the
hospital because although I was in quite a bit of pain I was able to walk
well enough to get around.
This company turns sonogams into art, how cool!23 Feb 2004 07:30 GMT50
What a great idea this is. They take a regular sonogram and turn it into
framed or unframed art... what a great idea for anyone with a decent
sonogram. Here's their website...

Cough medicine (otc) ?23 Feb 2004 01:53 GMT16
Okay, I've been fighting a head/chest cold for well over a week, back
to back with the stomach virus that's been going around this area.
Coughing is driving me *insane*, and keeping me up half the night, to
boot.  My throat is now raw and sore from the coughing and my stomach
is sudaphed safe?23 Feb 2004 01:53 GMT6

blood flow to the placenta.  i'm now 12 weeks one day.  can i take the
