How's everyone feeling this month?  Is the morning sickness gone, the
tiredness starting to fade?  Not too huge yet, but enough belly to run
your hands over with that sweet, wistful smile on your face when you
don't think anyone's noticing? :)  How is sleeping, getting more
blood pressure changes in pregnancy05 Mar 2004 14:46 GMT6
I forget...  Blood pressure goes down as pregnancy progresses, right?
(barring PIH, of course)  I'm just wondering because I'm normally 120/80
but at my latest checkup, I was 110/70.  Dr was unconcerned.  (and me
too, actually, but I'm curious now)
Boppy pillow05 Mar 2004 14:38 GMT11
I got a 2nd hand boppy pillow. It's a bit stained and so forth and with
all 2nd hand baby items - needs to be cleaned! Can I just toss it in the
washer and dryer or is that a bad idea?
Stay In Hospital?05 Mar 2004 10:33 GMT4
Hi there, anybody staying in Worcester, England? How many days do you
usually need to stay in hospital? What do we need to take with us? What will
the hospital provide? Can our husband or families visit us longer? I'm not
from Worcester, not even from England, really new with the ...
April05 Mar 2004 09:32 GMT5
How are all the almost-almost-theres?  :)  Knee-deep in childbirth
classes?  Waking up a zillion times at night, have to pee more often?
Take some video of those alien-baby-earthquake kicks and tumbles, if you
can catch them.  Any belly hiccups?  Those are the best.  How's life
Cervical Check & Ultrasound05 Mar 2004 04:12 GMT12
I had the u/s today to check my cervix. I asked what it was, but all they
would tell me is "It looks good." I did get a peek at some notes my doctor
wrote in my chart, and I saw that if my cervix was not favorable, a
therapuetic rescue cerclage would be put in place. I feel better ...
November due dates, TTC'ers, and new members05 Mar 2004 04:08 GMT2
Congratulations to any early birds who know they're pregnant already! Is
it a shock, or a much-awaited blessing?  How many pregnancy tests did
you have to take before you believed it? :)  Any symptoms yet?
For our TTC members, how is the journey going?  Need to vent, cry, yell

Gripe Water05 Mar 2004 01:33 GMT20
I was just wanting some feedback from some people who have used Gripe Water.
My DS seems to be incredibly gassy (he hiccups all the time, is a lazy
nurser and swallows alot of air when he cries).  Did the stuff actually
work?  HOw did you give it to the baby?  ARe there any side ...
voicing opinions05 Mar 2004 00:13 GMT4
I am quitting the discussion on breastfeeding, it's going nowhere for
me and I'm acting the fool apparantly. I see nothing wrong with
voicing our opinions on this newsgroup. When I made my first post
replying to the OP's post, a couple of people replied back arguing
Pregnancy insomnia04 Mar 2004 19:13 GMT1
Help help help!  :)
Every morning for the last week, I've been waking up at about 3 am, and am
unable to go back to sleep.  My daughter has needed comforting at about this

Carlos' website04 Mar 2004 17:34 GMT5
Megan has inspired me to post Carlos' website...after seeing Seoras' it is
nothing flash, I'm no technical whiz, and it's still under construction.
But it occurred to me that I left in November 2002 and no-one here ever saw
him. If you'd like to see it, the address is
22 week u/s04 Mar 2004 14:07 GMT5
Hi all, I just wanted to post that everything went well at the u/s I had on
Monday.  He's just right in his measurements and placenta's working well.
He said 'Hi' while we were watching his face (drinking..). I'm more relaxed
since, and since today I really feel him a lot which ...
38.5 Week Checkup04 Mar 2004 09:31 GMT5
Well, more of the same...still 1 cm dilated and nothing else is happening.
I was sure that the baby dropped some since I'm feeling all kinds of
pressure and because I can NOT stop peeing, but she's still hanging in there
taking her sweet time!
