What time are you up at night?06 Apr 2004 17:04 GMT7
Maybe we can have a nightowl club!
I'm usually up at 3am (pacific), either for a few minutes or a couple of
hours. If just a few minutes, then again at 5:30am, for either a few
minutes or for the day.
Lower Abdominal Pain/Tightness ??06 Apr 2004 17:03 GMT1
Starting yesterday evening I have begun experiencing this strange
pain/tightness that is in my lower abdominal area near my pubic area and
where my thigh meets my groin. There is no cramping sensation associated
with it, it almost feels like a strained or tight muscle. It also is ...
Breastfeeding support mini-vent...06 Apr 2004 16:28 GMT32
I have always intended to breastfeed, but have grown firmer in it and more
resolute in my last trimester. I just want so badly to give my daughter the
best start in life and the best immune system possible, I can't see not
trying as hard as I can ...so anyway, to each her own, and I ...

How are all the almost-almost-theres?  :)  Knee-deep in childbirth
classes?  Waking up a zillion times at night, have to pee more often?
Take some video of those alien-baby-earthquake kicks and tumbles, if you
can catch them.  Any belly hiccups?  Those are the best.  How's life

Hi all! I am new just a few months in the US and I recently found out that I
am pregnant. It's the 6th week now so I think I should see a doctor or at

37 week update06 Apr 2004 15:08 GMT3
We finally came to a meeting of the minds on names for the baby!
(Remember, I took a bit of a poll a few weeks ago?) If we have a boy,
William Arthur. And for a girl, a name which was not included in the
poll because I liked it early on but dh gave me such a hard time about
birth control - break through bleeding06 Apr 2004 04:24 GMT3
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but in the last three
months I have been on three different kinds of the pill.  Each time, I
always waited until it was time to start a new pack before I switched
brands.  The second pack I had a lot of break through bleeding and so
Just wondering06 Apr 2004 02:49 GMT8

Early Pregnancy Signs06 Apr 2004 02:23 GMT3
There is a chance I could be pregnant -- I used a OPK and my
tempuratures are still high and we timed everything well this
month...!  My period would have started yesterday, today and I haven't
taken a HPT yet.  My question is that I have been having these
nursing bras06 Apr 2004 00:41 GMT9
What's the general rule of thumb, if there is one, for buying the right size
nursing bra, before the baby is born.  I'm trying to stock up on bfing supplies
etc and would like to buy some nursing bras but don't know what size I'll need
or do I just have to wait until the baby is ...

How do they calculate risk?05 Apr 2004 23:44 GMT1
I was wondering how they calculate risk factor from the results after
triple test. I don't know what are the three things they are trying to
determine the risk for from the triple test.
I had the blood test few weeks ago and the doctor called to tell me

Halfway there!  How's everyone doing?  Making the switch into "wow, I
really look pregnant now" or have you been there for a while?  Kicks and
tumbles?  Dealing with the glucose test, a possible amnio, results from
the triple screen, ultrasounds?  Happy with your birth plans, your ...
I'm at my wits end.  Need help.05 Apr 2004 20:02 GMT15
Morgan had a good nite.  She slept for 2 - 3 hours and I was able to sleep
and then during the day I was able to catch up on my bills.
Now, however, I cannot console her.  She keeps showing signs that she wants
to feed, but I know she is full.
