How are you feeling, seven-monthers?  Enjoying your beautiful belly?
Any braxton hicks?  Aches and pains, or are you carrying on with life as
usual?  Everything lined up for the birth, maternity leave, found a
doula, taken a breastfeeding class, toured the birth center/hospital,

Opinions on breast pump--Medela manual?05 Apr 2004 12:40 GMT7
Thought I'd ask this here since I haven't intro'd myself or had time to lurk
much at MKB, which I plan to do for good bf info....
I bought the remainder of items I will need today (yay) so I don't have to
go shopping anymore until after the baby comes and I need more diapers etc.
Exercises to do - abs etc.05 Apr 2004 11:06 GMT7
Hi all,  Last pregnancy, I blobbed out very early on, and didn't do nearly
nearly as much exercise as I should have done.  And I certainly should have
done pelvic floor ones (only just got those back up to scratch!).  Also,
somewhere along the line my abs became non-existant, and ...

December due dates, TTC'ers, and new members04 Apr 2004 20:53 GMT20
Congratulations to any early birds who know they're pregnant already! Is
it a shock, or a much-awaited blessing?  How many pregnancy tests did
you have to take before you believed it? :)  Any symptoms yet?
For our TTC members, how is the journey going?  Need to vent, cry, yell
34wk checkup04 Apr 2004 17:42 GMT2
My appointment went pretty well yesterday.  Only I forgot my list of
questions to ask and didn't remember them all.  My BP has started to
rise significantly which is concerning the doc.  So, I'm supposed to
report any headaches or sudden swelling (been having swelling in my

am i just being hormonal?04 Apr 2004 16:28 GMT9
OK, I need outside opinions because I am very hormonal today and am not
sure if that is influencing how upset I am over an issue of my baby
shower.  here goes:
I am 21 wks right now so my shower won't be until June or July.  I did
Wild circumcision rhetoric of MDs/Israel's history04 Apr 2004 14:42 GMT19
PREGNANT WOMEN:  OBs are knowingly closing birth canal up to 30% by using
semisitting and dorsal delivery. (See PROOF below.)
For simple instructions on how to allow your birth canal to OPEN the "extra"
up to 30%, see the very end of this post.
My baby shower...04 Apr 2004 07:16 GMT5
...from my former coworkers was Weds. We got a lot of stuff! First of all I
had been worried about getting too much and tons of the same items that we
wouldn't be able to use, and that didn't happen at all. (Someone else had
complained that at their shower they were given piles of ...
I've gone off my prenatals04 Apr 2004 07:10 GMT15
OK forget it, I give up.  They make me feel like hell.  I've put up with
them for long enough.  I've gone on and off of them repeatedly (due to
forgetfulness), and now I want to just stay off (since it seems like my
tummy feels 1000x better when I'm off the pills).  I've heard ...
HEARTBEAT04 Apr 2004 03:55 GMT8
Today was an exciting day.  My husband and I got to hear the heartbeat.  It
was very cool to get to hear it.  We even heard the baby move around a
little bit.  The due date is back to September 28, instead of October 2.
Anyways, I just wanted to share my good news.
