I hope someone has a suggestion for me. I'm a stomach-sleeper, always
have been, but I know that option won't be available to me for very much

30hr labour, 24 without drugs ( although fuly dilated - I gave in - he
was posterior and was stuck ! ), went epi and forceps delivery, 2nd deg

Some background...
For me, labor and delivery support options were in effect limited to
two hospitals, one very small and 5 minutes away, one medium sized and
45+ minutes away.  Being a first-timer, I wanted to be attended by a

do not arise from your pregnancy fat like a bloated whale. old wives
tales that the baby would be malnourished unless you gorge yourself on
