Hair/fibre in my baby's eye11 May 2004 06:16 GMT3
I think it might be a cat hair, or something ? :(
His eye doesn't appear to be irritated, but I know how much i hate it
when I get a hair in my eye.
Obviously, with his quirky, unpredictable moves ( you can't ask a baby

Sorry, I forgot to add the pic links to my last post.  DH and I are
dealing with a serious lack of sleep here already, hehe.  Here they are

with DH holding Quinn was taken 7 hours later.  Enjoy!
weird hcg?11 May 2004 04:14 GMT3
beta hcg 8.1?  Whoever heard of anything that low?
No symptoms yet, just brown spotting, so took one of the ultra-sensitive
pregnancy tests on second day of brown spotting; faint line even DH could

This seems like a great newsgroup and I'm really looking forward ...
Jill???11 May 2004 03:17 GMT1
Am I correct in noticing that Jill hasn't posted since May 7th???  Do
you think it's possible that her babe has arrived (don't think she's
due for a week or so)??  If so, wishing her all the very best and if
not, wishing that it happens quickly and easily!

July due dates10 May 2004 21:02 GMT9
How are you feeling, seven-monthers?  Enjoying your beautiful belly?
Any braxton hicks?  Aches and pains, or are you carrying on with life as
usual?  Everything lined up for the birth, maternity leave, found a
doula, taken a breastfeeding class, toured the birth center/hospital,
People have stories for everything!! 10 May 2004 20:48 GMT15
Wow, this is one thing I won't miss about being pregnant, but...do people
still do this with babies and toddlers?? LOL.
For example, my 18 week ultrasound showed a girl and we have planned
accordingly. The u/s tech says she never reveals the sex unless she is sure
bottle feeding nightmare!!10 May 2004 20:18 GMT8
I need advice - the medics don't have a clue!!
For the last few weeks I have had a terrible time trying to get my 3
month old son to bottle feed (bottle fed fine from birth). After
taking the initial lot of formula, which could be anywhere between 1

- what items do you carry for yourself?
Strangers touch your belly?10 May 2004 18:20 GMT3
For an article for Glamour magazine's pregnancy page, I am looking for a
pregnant woman in the U.S. who has had strangers touch her pregnant belly. What
did you think/feel when they did that?
Also, has anyone had a person comment, "You're so big!" or "so small!"?

I apologize in advance if this has already been asked.  I was looking
through past posts though and couldn't quite find the answer I was
looking for.
Anyway, I am just planning a pregnancy now and am charting my cervial
Baby shower dilemma  - need opinions10 May 2004 17:40 GMT10
Okay, I want to make it clear I told my friends I did not care if I had a
baby shower or not.  I don't need equipment or stuff, we don't know the
gender for people to go nuts with pink or blue, but I'm probably the last of
our crowd to have a baby (everyone has 2 and are done) so ...
