Another OT IUD question27 May 2004 22:04 GMT6
So, I had the thing put in 10 days ago.  I'm still bleeding (ranging from what
I'd call heavy spotting to moderately heavy period-type bleeding.), and some
intermittent cramping.  The gyn said I could expect to spot for a few days.
(And the Mirena brochure said I could spot for a ...

Yes, another in the eight zillion threads on this subject!
But I'd appreciate any wisdom - Google didn't get me anywhere.
Emily hasn't been able to latch.  Lactation consultant #1 says this is

Should I or should I not....(long)27 May 2004 20:26 GMT21
I have been TTC for a little while now and of course have been thinking
A LOT about pregnancy and child rearing.  I feel very confused right
now and I'm thinking that many other women probably feel the way I do
so I thought I would post and see what people's opinions are.

Can you breastfeed following a C-section?27 May 2004 19:19 GMT16
I know that after my last one I was on some really heavy drugs for the first
day or two, and on pain relievers for several weeks. I can't imagine this
would be good for the baby, since they almost completely knocked me out. Is
this the same for a planned C-section as for an ...
hair falling out27 May 2004 18:57 GMT10
I understand it is sometimes normal for women to lose hair while
nursing, even when taking plenty of vitamins. Anyone here ever
experienced this? How long does it last? Does it grow back?

5 weeks and cramping - normal?27 May 2004 17:01 GMT3
I have not taken a HPT, AF is due today.  I do not want it to come.  We've been
TTC for almost 6 years.  We have male factor infertility.  By the pregnancy
calendar it says that if I am pregnant I am 5 weeks.  For about a week now I've
had these sharp cramps come off & on in my ...

Crampy diarrhoea27 May 2004 16:23 GMT6
I woke up last night with really nasty crampy diarrhoea.  It lasted about an
hour, and then I managed to get back to sleep.  Today I feel a bit nauseous,
but mostly o.k.  Do I need to worry at all?  I am 12 weeks pregnant, and
even though this is my second pregnancy, I feel so much ...
I had a dream...27 May 2004 16:23 GMT1
I successfully breastfed my baby (a boy in the dream).  Then he pooped on
me.  It was a diaper explosion.  I don't think I had enough wet wipes with
me:P
I hope this is a happy predictor of my breastfeeding capabilities.

How do you "meditate"27 May 2004 06:31 GMT4
I agree that meditation is the best way to release stress. Now, if
only I can sit tight for two minutes :) I see people "meditating" and
releasing stress when they do things like knitting or gardening. It's
just a way to relax and unwind after a day's work.
new person intro :)27 May 2004 04:22 GMT11
The only newsgroup I normally read is the scrapbooking one :) but I just
found out that after almost 2 years of trying, we are expecting #5   :)  we
are so pleased and I have spent this morning looking for people due around
the same time.  Anyway - my cycle is so all over the place ...
