I have been TTC for a little while now and of course have been thinking A LOT about pregnancy and child rearing. I feel very confused right now and I'm thinking that many other women probably feel the way I do so I thought I would post and see what people's opinions are.

Just wanting to know If mental illness is genetic? The father of my unborn baby, i have just found out he has severe mental problems. I dont know exactly what his condition is but it is very likely to be like multiple personalities. Can this be passed on to my baby?

I successfully breastfed my baby (a boy in the dream). Then he pooped on me. It was a diaper explosion. I don't think I had enough wet wipes with me:P I hope this is a happy predictor of my breastfeeding capabilities.

I agree that meditation is the best way to release stress. Now, if only I can sit tight for two minutes :) I see people "meditating" and releasing stress when they do things like knitting or gardening. It's just a way to relax and unwind after a day's work.
