Question about prenatal appointments (probably overreacting)24 Jun 2004 14:36 GMT13
Hi all.  I need some help.
I switched to my current doctor at 11 weeks (in large part from the
support and encouragement from this group - thank you!).  The OB I had
previously was sterile and unfriendly, unresponsive to my

Babysitter help24 Jun 2004 13:25 GMT11
Ok, so Quinn is 6 weeks old now and if possible I'd like to try and find
a job here soon, hopefully by the time he's 8-9 weeks old.  But there is
a problem.  I'm not sure that I'll be able to find a babysitter who will
be able to handle him.  He's very demanding.
32 week check up (kinda long)24 Jun 2004 03:57 GMT5
I have a few concerns about my latest check up..
First of all I have had a pretty eventful pregnancy this time around.  First
I had my dates mixed up in the begining.  By my dates my edd was July 30th.
She did an ultrasound at what would have been (I think) 8 weeks, no
FAO Carol Ann!24 Jun 2004 00:36 GMT3
Since Morgan sleeps in bed with you, (Rachel does with me), I wonder-- when
do you plan to transition her out of this?
I have no idea but everyone is on me to put a stop to this or I will never
be able to get her out once she gets bigger without huge problems.
OPK - LH surge question23 Jun 2004 23:41 GMT1
Dear OPK users,
How long does the LH surge typically last? Will the ovulation happen
after the line (in OPK) fades away or even when it is dark? Thanks,
Di.
Formula Question for a friend/Enfamil Lipil23 Jun 2004 21:29 GMT30
I have a friend who is not planning to breastfeed (currently is pregnant
with her first baby). She was asking me questions about formula, and I know
very little about it and can't be of help to her. ALL I could advise her was
that: I have always heard to start out with cow's ...
question about fundus measurement23 Jun 2004 19:48 GMT1
At my last few appts I've been measuring larger than my due date indicates -
for instance, at 32 weeks I measured 34, and at 34.5 weeks I measured 37.
What does this indicate, if anything? I'm pretty certain my due date is
accurate, give or take a few days.

Kind of OT... just found out I have a sister!!!!23 Jun 2004 16:52 GMT6
If any of you may remember by chance me ever mentioning my real
father, I might have mentioned I haven't seen him in over two years.
He's a low life which I don't want anything to do with. (A LOT of
abuse as I grew up, drugs, affairs, etc) Well He's emailed me and what

Behavioral change23 Jun 2004 16:37 GMT10
I'm a bit concerned.  Normally my 6 week old takes quite a few naps during
the day, but usually has an active period where she's quite alert and awake.
She also normally wakes herself up from her naps and cries to be fed.  When
I put her down to sleep, she'll usually lay there with ...
November Due Dates23 Jun 2004 16:25 GMT3
Hello to all Nov. due dates! I am at week 18 and 1 day and for about a

yet? Does anyone know if they are having a boy or girl yet? I am still
anxiously awaiting my 3-D ultrasound. Has anyone had one of these and
Middle name help23 Jun 2004 15:17 GMT77
We're having some trouble coming up with a suitable middle name *sigh* we
are having a little bubba girl in August, and decided on Micaela. Spelling
it this way, because the Mikayla I knew as a kidback home got the nickname
"Kayla" and we both hate that.
