Primal scream15 Jul 2004 01:13 GMT6
Something very strange happened to me yesterday. Something which scared the
hell out of me, and which I still, after a good night sleep, cannot get out
of my head.
I was at a friend's, playing with her little daughter (2 y o) in the pool.
Baby's eating schedule14 Jul 2004 23:47 GMT18
Our pediatrician told us that our 3 mo should be eating 8 times a day.  We
have been feeding her that much since she's been born.  It wasn't so much of
a problem when she wasn't sleeping thru the night because we were able to
stretch the 8 feedings in a 24-hr day.  Now, with her ...

Guess what I just found out that I am 7 weeks pregnant.  My husband and
I are so exicited.  This will be our 2 child.
Sigh, morning sickness14 Jul 2004 22:49 GMT8
I was *really* hoping to avoid morning sickness this time around as I had it
so bad with the first pregnancy. But unfortunately that is not meant to be.
I had my first day of "morning" sickness today. It started just before work
and lasted all day. Only threw up once though. I've ...
Ultrasound results (gender ment)14 Jul 2004 03:57 GMT34
Well I went in for my ultrasound today. I'm 18w5d. First off, he said
everything looked good (remember I was only going to do the amnio if
something looked not good as all my screening tests have looked good). Is it
normal for there to be a 2 week or so variation in the EDD from ...

ectropia?14 Jul 2004 01:15 GMT2
anyone familiar with a word like that, that means something like a scratch
on the cervix.  Not ectopic pg.  My SIL had one, there was bleeding.  And no
harm done.  Women on the pill or pg get them apparently.
She has looked up her med books and can only find it being  word relating ...
28 weeks and not  much baby movement14 Jul 2004 00:00 GMT2
I am at my 28 weeks and do not feel much baby movements. Only
occassional kicks, very soft. I have been diagnosed to have
gestational disbetes and under special diet, walking etc(so far it is
under control). I noticed that the movement has gone down once I
Body vs. maternity pillows13 Jul 2004 22:21 GMT6
I would like to buy a body or maternity pillow to be more comfortable while
I sleep. It's hard for me to sleep on my side without pain on the opposite
side of my abdomen. The body pillows look nice, but then there are also
pillows specifically for pregnant women.
Britax Roundabout Fabrics13 Jul 2004 21:58 GMT2
We're looking to purchase a Britax Roundabout online and wanted to get
some recommendations/feedback on the different fabric options.  We've
tried it out with our daughter at our local Babies R Us and really
like it, but they only had it there in a grayish suede-like fabric

inducing early13 Jul 2004 21:12 GMT6
I just got news that my DIL will possibly be induced this saturday.
Her original due date was July 26 then changed to August 11.  I am
confused as to all of this and that is why I joined this group hoping
someone could help me to understand.
Vaginal delivery and baby's health13 Jul 2004 19:37 GMT10
Does anyone know a good source of information on why vaginal delivery is
better for a baby than a(n elective) c-section?  I think I remember reading
once that, among other benefits, the pressure of coming out through the
cervix and vaginal canal helps clear the baby's lungs of fluid ...
baby dr. appt13 Jul 2004 19:33 GMT12
Quinn had his 2 month checkup today though he is 9weeks old today.  He
got vaccinations in 3 shots to his legs.  I think he took them better
than we did, heh.  He weighs 13lbs 12oz, 23 1/4 inches long, and 15.5in
head circumference.  The bad thing is that he's had one stool in ...
