blood pressure and pulse12 Jul 2004 13:26 GMT3
I have been check my blood pressure this past week with the machines at the
pharmacies.  I usually only do it "just to see" because it is always fine.
But the last few times I have checked, the Systolic is 148ish, the diastolic
is always fine and my pulse is 120ish.  It's not that I ...

How are you feeling this month, three-monthers?  You're almost out of
the first trimester
(depending on how you count) -- still feeling sick and tired, or are you
starting to pick up?  Do you look pregnant?  Heard the heartbeat yet, or
I'm officially in the "she just looks fat" stage!12 Jul 2004 12:55 GMT19
Ok, it's official, I just look fat and not pregnant at 24 weeks. The other
day I was outside weeding. Wearing a tight fitting tank top, too. My
neighbor across the street came over and said, "I was wondering if you could
help me move a BOX SPRING from my car to the garage. We don't ...
Could this be true??12 Jul 2004 06:21 GMT9
Morgan is 15 weeks old.  I'm nearly 41 and haven't "been with" my DSO since
LAST year (we ARE still a couple, though)!!  And, believe it or not, I am
actually thinking about how nice it would be to have another baby.
What's up with that??
Diabetes and C-Section Recovery12 Jul 2004 05:25 GMT5
I have pre-gestational diabetes.  I was diagnosed about 5 years ago
and have controlled it well with oral meds.  I am 38 years old and am
now 36 weeks pregnant.  Despite having excellent control of my blood
sugars during pregnancy (hA1C is 5.4), my baby is quite large.  My

Hi...for those who are name lovers, I'm wondering how you like two
girl names I've heard recently for the first time:  Mairin and
Phelan...a local news anchor recently had a daughter and named her
Mairin...C.

I was actually diagnosed with "carbohydrate intollerance" during pregnancy,
which seems to be basically the same thing as gd. (I only failed 1 of the 4
for the 3 hr gtt)
I have REALLY been watching what I am eating these past few weeks because
More on early pregnancy symptoms....11 Jul 2004 03:16 GMT8
Hi again,
I posted earlier regarding symptoms at 2dpo (very unlikely).  I had
very sensitive nipples at 2dpo until about 4dpo, then my whole breasts
started to get sore and every day has gotten worse (still with sore

How are you feeling, seven-monthers?  Enjoying your beautiful belly?
Any braxton hicks?  Aches and pains, or are you carrying on with life as
usual?  Everything lined up for the birth, maternity leave, found a
doula, taken a breastfeeding class, toured the birth center/hospital,
learning to swim?10 Jul 2004 19:21 GMT7

Low amniotic fluid?10 Jul 2004 04:08 GMT3

She's spent several days hospitalized, but is now home on home monitoring.
Does anyone have any experience with this-preferably with ...
40 w 1d update10 Jul 2004 03:13 GMT12
I'm still pregnant.  I am now 2 days past my EDD, with nary a contraction in
sight.  I've been walking and trying other things (ahem) to help out.  I am
just one big walking Braxton-Hicks contraction (not painful at all).
At yesterday's appointment I was still not dilated.  His head ...
