I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this certain swing that I am

Does anyone know anything about this? At my last ultrasound 3 weeks ago (at 22
weeks) they said that I have "extra scar tissue" and that it could present a
problem because it can wrap around the baby somewhere. Of course the u/s pic
