Anyone else hear of this?08 Jul 2004 02:26 GMT21
My best friend and I were just talking about a book she read...completely
forget what the title was.  It was a French author and it was a book about
post-partum health, i.e. how to take care of your body, etc.  Anyway, my bf
read in a chart in the book that women shouldn't run ...
more cloth diapering questions08 Jul 2004 02:22 GMT11
OK, I finally decided to go with mainly chinese prefolds and snap or
velcro wrap covers, with a few of the fancy all in one diapers mixed in
to see how they work.  I now have a few specific questions:
- What size of Chinese prefold is best for a newborn (in general, i know
How long after?08 Jul 2004 02:06 GMT15
The "second degree tear" thread has me wondering, how long after I have the
baby can I expect (hope for) sex to resume?
I know it is different for everyone and depends on vaginal or C section
delivery...
"straining" while pregnant (sorry for topic)08 Jul 2004 01:52 GMT16
I'm six weeks along with my first and I'm wondering about straining
during bowel movements.  Can they cause any harm?  I was very blocked
this morning and sleepy (I'm still at that point when every morning I
get to "remember" I'm pregnant), and I really strained before I

I know I should be able to google this, but can you please just clarify
something for me...
I'm nearly 33 weeks pg, and while my BP was fine  (125/65) at my last

Yet another rant - this time about an OB08 Jul 2004 01:20 GMT24
Okay, so I've switched from a birth center birth to a home birth
because I figure a home birth would be more relaxing, etc.
My first OB, who worked at the birth center, told me in my 7th week
that if I did these three things, natural childbirth was almost a
breast feeding question07 Jul 2004 23:16 GMT12
My wife is looking for definitive info on causes of breasts sagging due to
breast feeding.  We're expecting our first child and she realizes that it's
better for her in the child health-wise to breastfeed, but is finding very
conflicting information on whether or not breast feeding ...

Synechia07 Jul 2004 18:57 GMT1
Does anyone know anything about this? At my last ultrasound 3 weeks ago (at 22
weeks) they said that I have "extra scar tissue" and that it could present a
problem because it can wrap around the baby somewhere. Of course the u/s pic
the dr. showed me of it was one with the baby's ...
Post Pregnancy: Fav Workout DVDs and/or Exercise Equipment07 Jul 2004 17:13 GMT1
Currently we have a family membership to the YMCA which we pay around $70 (I
think) a month for. I recently found out our city recreation center offers
memberships for $50 for the entire year, that is less than $5 a month, plus
it is less than 2 miles from our home and has recently ...
Maternity Clothes :-(07 Jul 2004 16:13 GMT81
I don't know WHAT I am going to do!
I am about 22 weeks pregnant.  Already all the t-shirts I have bought are
almost too tight, the blouses don't button over my stomach at all, and only one
pair of shorts fits!
