Help! Baby Quinn hates DH!01 Jul 2004 21:35 GMT18
My family is in upheaval!  When DH comes home from work I like to hand
the baby off to him for a while so I can take a shower, relax, wash
bottles, etc.  The only problem is that Quinn cries and screams when
he's with his daddy.  He's tried white noise, stimulus, no stimulus,

Hep lock in hospital01 Jul 2004 20:06 GMT43
I am just curious, has anyone ever had a natural childbirth in a
hospital setting where they did not try to make you have an IV or
hep-lock "just in case"?

Triple screen?01 Jul 2004 14:42 GMT14
We're doing the 16 week blood work in a few weeks, and my OB warned me not
to be concerned if one of the three triple screen tests came out
positive, because even when it does, most of the time nothing is wrong. My
husband grew up with a severely mentally retarded little brother, and ...
FAO Sophie-- don't forget!!!01 Jul 2004 13:17 GMT1
Ooh, Sophie. I just remembered something I wanted to mention in your thread
where you asked have I forgotten anything....
Don't forget to just enjoy being pregnant, and feeling the baby move and
carrying the baby inside etc. Esp. since this is your planned last one.
Conception question01 Jul 2004 09:39 GMT3
I took a home pregnancy test today and yea!, I  am pregnant for the first time.
My concern is I just got home from a 2 week vacation in California in which
alcohol was consumed.  I know not to drink now, but have already started
worrying if I've caused any problems because of ...
34 week appointment01 Jul 2004 04:18 GMT2
I had my 34 week appointment last Friday. Even though I have been laying on
an ironing board and with my hips up in the air, plus various other
positions/contortions.. the baby still hasn't decided to move. : (   She
seems very content on where she is.
still waiting...01 Jul 2004 04:15 GMT7
I know it is still early, my EDD is July 1st and the U/S due date was July
4th.  I've been walking, drinking water, keeping busy, cleaning the house
(it looks unbelievable!), etc.
This has been the longest month of my life.
Milk supply reversed01 Jul 2004 02:29 GMT2
I've been pumping for 3 mos now.  During that whole time, my left breast
would *always* put out alot more milk than the right.  Recently, it's been
in reverse.  The right puts out more than the left.  Kind of strange.
Anyone ever experience this?
Yet more on names!01 Jul 2004 02:06 GMT20
When we had DD, we had 2 names picked out for a girl, and I got to choose
the final christian name by dint of pain and suffering experienced! The
middle name did get changed at the last minute though.  People keep asking
us about names for this baby, and I say we haven't talked ...
