Today I noticed my ankles were really swollen and my face looked swollen too.
I began to really freak out because I did end up with pre-eclampsia with my
last pregnancy.
I went to Kroger's this afternoon and took my BP.  It was 135/71.  I know
Farewell!20 Aug 2004 03:42 GMT2
Well, I've decided to unsub.  We aren't sure whether we're going to have a
3rd baby, but if we do, you'll see me back here again.  :-)  Best of luck
to all the TTCers and expectant moms!

Has anyone else become a picky eater?20 Aug 2004 02:35 GMT10
During my first pregnancy I was turned off of a couple of things like
Sonny's BBQ.  This pregnancy I'm turned off of just about everything.
I won't eat leftovers which use to be my main lunch item.  I try to
stay away from processed meats (they contain nitrates which trigger my

After a month in the hospital, Aaron Michael and Nicholas Avery made their
arrival via c-section on July 25.  Aaron weighed 6 lbs 1 oz and Nick weighed
5 lbs 11 oz.  I had to be admitted to the hospital at the end of June for

How do women get through that ninth month???19 Aug 2004 18:21 GMT17
Oh Wise Ones, I need help.  I am due in 5 weeks, 5 days (not that I'm
counting...) and up until now, I've been relatively upbeat with only
the occassional depressive episode/temporary breakdown/panic attack.
On top of that, I really have had no health problems or medical
tax credits and ebay19 Aug 2004 18:19 GMT14
I have just found out that if you make more than £500 a year through selling
stuff on ebay and you also claim tax credits, the inland revenue somehow
knows and contacts you! they said it was classed as a another source of
income!!
Kinda OT:  odd form of stress relief19 Aug 2004 18:16 GMT7
I've posted a couple of times over the last couple of months about my
stress levels and my unhappiness about my current job.  The company
has less than 20 people and I was told by my boss back in April that
he wouldn't guarantee that I'd have a job after my maternity leave
Co-Sleeping Encouragers I need you for a minute! Hehe19 Aug 2004 15:32 GMT7
Ok as I posted my grumpy little goof ball has contracted Hand, Foot and
mouth disease.  Well this has left her semi- dehydrated and mostly whiny.  I
know if I went into her room right now she would gladly be fussy in my bed
and sleep somewhat ok in my bed.. even if she is fussing i ...
34 week update (uneventful)19 Aug 2004 15:05 GMT3
I feel big!  Just in the last couple of days, I've started feeling
really awkward (getting up and down from the floor especially).  I bump
my belly into the counter when washing dishes.  I'm still feeling good,
bouts of nesting energy interspersed with sleepy spells.  Sleeping is ...
painful BH feel different from early labor ctx?19 Aug 2004 14:04 GMT6
I read in at least one place the difference between BH and early labor
ctx, and it seemed to differentiate BH as feeling like the uterus
turning into a hard little ball, implying that early labor ctx don't.
So if one at the end of pregnancy is starting to have painful rather

What's the current thinking on soy during
pg, not supplements, but just soy, like soy beans
(edamame), tofu, soy milk (mmm Silk vanilla soy
