| Wow, someone noticed! | 04 Sep 2004 06:42 GMT | 8 |
I am 26 weeks preg, and I really feel like I'm bulging out. Yesteday when I was out walking the dog I got talking to another dog owner who was asking about DD, and then asked if was having another, before hastily adding 'or are you trying to lose weight from the first one' (she ...

| Baby Turning? | 03 Sep 2004 21:16 GMT | 7 |
I just heard of a woman who is 31 weeks along whose baby has turned and I am almost 30w. Are there any symptoms that clue you in when the baby is turning to get into position? Do the movements feel any different? I have a Dr.'s appt. in 9 days, and I'm sure he'll fill me in, but I ...

| FAO Hillary | 03 Sep 2004 19:24 GMT | 15 |
Just a quick veterinary question, if you don't mind. I seem to recall reading recently that rabies vaccinations are no longer recommended annually (more like every three years, IIRC) . . . is that true, or was it some other kind of vaccine, or is that a controversial new idea that ...

| sling choices | 03 Sep 2004 17:23 GMT | 4 |
I'm expecting baby number three in October and loved using my sling with my first two babies (now 4 and 6). I passed it along to someone who is still using it so I'm looking to get another. I saw a Sling-ease made by Infantino that goes up to 20 lbs (seem a little light since I used ...

| Anyone used a Hipster? | 03 Sep 2004 14:35 GMT | 44 |
Saw a woman out yesterday wearing her (I'd guess) 6 month old son on her hip. I asked her what the "thing" was that he was in. She said her husband bought it online and it's called a Hipster. She loves it and so does her son.

| Is this normal? Sleep twitches... | 03 Sep 2004 11:00 GMT | 6 |
It never occurred to me to think it's not but I haven't been around a lot of sleeping babies this little before. Sometimes Rachel cries out in her sleep, and I watch her, and her eyes are rolling all around (closed) and her mouth is twitching. Sometimes her lips

| 32 week ultrasound. Gender!! | 03 Sep 2004 04:42 GMT | 4 |
I had my 2nd ultrasound done today. It isn't routine for my OB to do 2 ultrasounds but I think that since I am hypothyroid she wanted to check everything out and make sure the baby was growing well and all that stuff. Everything was looking well, 3 pounds 15 oz's according to the ...

| She's here a little early.... | 03 Sep 2004 04:33 GMT | 24 |
Well, I thought I'd have a whole month off work to relax and finish up a few projects around the house. However, the baby decided otherwise. My daughter, Charlotte, was born at 11:50pm on Tuesday, August 24th at 36 weeks gestation. I woke up Tuesday morning to my water breaking,

BOY!!! Harrison Robert Max W made his debut into this world on Friday 20 August at 1:34 pm. (The middle names are after his grandfathers - and Harrison was probably the only name we both really liked).

| I had my baby | 02 Sep 2004 21:52 GMT | 18 |
I'm glad to announce the arrival of DD2 on Monday, Aug 23rd. Another short labor. I woke up on Monday, felt somewhat iffy. The ob told me couple of weeks earlier that I was already 4cm dilated and 100% effaced and said 'it's anytime now' so I was somewhat on the lookout
