Pain medication while breastfeeding?30 Nov 2004 19:34 GMT6
Any info or advice on whether or not it is safe to take pain meds while
bfing? My OB assured me that it is but I am always worried that it is
going to somehow harm her. TIA.

Before I go, just a question...30 Nov 2004 17:34 GMT5
Rachel's spitting up got a lot better when we started solids twice a day and
were doing a lot of cereal. That constipated her so we are doing less cereal
and more fruit and some veggies. This still seems to cause her to strain and
cry, so we do prunes regularly. She loves prunes and ...

Congratulations on Alexandra's birth!
Anyway, in answer to your question - Paracetamol (Tylenol) is listed in
OT/cranberry sauce30 Nov 2004 11:51 GMT29
Here in the U.S. for Thanksgiving food, does anyone actually LIKE cranberry
sauce with their meal? I never have because my family always used that
canned goop and so does DH's family. No one EVER touches it yet someone
still serves up a can of it.

According to Aristotle, wind direction determined whether a baby would be a
boy or a girl.
I will post the correct answer tomorrow - though maybe someone will
Post Partum Activity30 Nov 2004 05:28 GMT26
Never having had an exactly normal birth experience before this one, I have
always been more or less an invalid for a month after giving birth.  So what I
am wondering is, what should I be doing in the way of activity at this point (9
days pp)?  Am I still supposed to be resting a ...
Hello Just had U/S30 Nov 2004 04:24 GMT5
My wife had here first ever ultrasound today and we saw our little one for
the first time at 10 weeks. It is so real now when you see the heart beat
and the little 'martian' float around.

Announcing....30 Nov 2004 03:19 GMT29
...the rather unexpected arrival of my second daughter, on the 23rd.  After
a busy day spent trying to tire DD out, and going to the funeral of my
friend's baby, I was feeling a bit spent.  I had had twinges during the day,
but put it down to being busy.  That evening, at 7pm, I was ...

I am still pumping though for some reason my supply dropped almost in 1/2

throat feel better.  I will keep pumping as long as ...

I have posted here several times over the last 2 years, I mostly lurk.
The short version of my history is an extopic pregnancy 2 years ago

injections and IUI for 4 cycles and as it turns out,I found out on
Pain Management Recommendations29 Nov 2004 22:23 GMT43
With my first pregnancy, I was induced at 42 weeks after having
absolutely no signs of impending labour.  They started by putting gel
on my cervix, then broke my waters 12 hours after that.  The
contractions started soon after that and after 3 1/2 hours I got an
Pondering on pain relief....during labor29 Nov 2004 20:59 GMT60
I am planning to start TTC in May of 2005. It really all depends on when
Rachel weans so it may be a bit after that-I'm not weaning her to have a
second, but at 1 year when she can have regular milk I plan to start the
weaning if she hasn't already. I am not even planning on TTC ...
Did I hold DS to long?29 Nov 2004 17:21 GMT7
Yesterday I took DS (almost 3) to the Christmas Parade.  It was just the two
of us as DH was working.  He really enjoyed it but I had to hold him almost
the entire time as the kids in front were too tall and he couldn't see.  It
was really tiring for me as he is 35lbs and it was for ...
