Is it safe for infants to crawl around on a floor that's been steam cleaned with basic cleaner that's sold in the store? Didn't John Travolta's kid end up with Kawasaki Syndrome because of the chemicals in the cleaner or was all that a myth?

Anyone here know about the 2002 Dodge Caravan? Wifey and I bought one used and the third row seat doesn't have any LATCH hooks on it. Does anyone know if this is an option or even available at all for this particular model? Thanks,
