I recall 15/16 weeks is the prime time for ligament stretching, I've been
feeling the odd twinge, but the past couple of days one in particular is
being a problem, the pain extends from the bottom on my ribs on the right
side at the edge, inwards and downwards for abour 3 inches, ...
Taylor's birthday bash update27 Dec 2004 06:06 GMT17
All,
I'm starting to organize Taylor's second birthday party, and am getting
pretty excited about it.  I swore I'd never do big over the top parties
while the kids were really young (too young to really remember), but here I

DNA database?26 Dec 2004 18:09 GMT5
I've always heard stuff about new borns in a hospital having DNA taken for a
federal database.  I dismissed it as hooey and our OBGYN tells us that's
exactly what it is.  Searching the net, I find tons of conflicting
(conspiracy?) information and I'm wondering if anyone can shed ...
Wonderful news!26 Dec 2004 08:17 GMT5
I got my GTT results back a few days ago (was having ridiculous new computer
problems so couldn't post) and not only don't I have it, but the number was
116, which seriously makes me question whether I had it last time (when the
number was 142) or whether they were just ...
36 Wk Exam (and OUCH, strep test!)26 Dec 2004 07:48 GMT14
I start 37th week on Monday...have been having my appointments toward the
end of the week instead of beginning for some reason.
So I went in for the Group B Strep test today. I remember the thread that
just went on where 1 or 2 posters had painful exams and most others said it
Neutropenia anyone?26 Dec 2004 05:10 GMT3
Just before my dd turned 11 months, we had to take her into the hospital for
a virus (throwing up and diarrhea).  Here we were told that she was
neutropenic.  This means that her white cell counts were at a critical
level.  We were hospitalized and given IV antibiotics.  Since ...

My 5 week old has been sleeping more and more at night. Last night she slept
from 9p-5a, nursed for 10 minutes and went back to sleep. She has now been
sleeping for almost three hours since.
My fear is that she is undernourished...? I am also feeling guilty since I

It's a hit!24 Dec 2004 22:41 GMT29
I could no longer control myself and grabbed the closest HPT in range,
which happened to be lying on the sink where I put it last night ;-). It
was a somewhat faint, but quite definite positive, and I am still shaking
for nerves. My symptoms were so confusing, that this was the ...

interacting with unborn baby24 Dec 2004 18:39 GMT27

DH seems to think it will do no good interacting till the baby is born and we had a big row over it yesterday and it quiet upset me that he feel he does NEED to ...
Preggos: You do NOT have to eat like pigs!24 Dec 2004 18:25 GMT30
This is a message to all pregnant women. Some of you are encouraged to
eat like pigs, gorge on unneeded foods etc, because it supposedly
"nourishes the growing baby". Nothing could be further from the truth!
To the contrary, eating too much is a bad influence. If your food
Pregnancy and effects of Spray Paint24 Dec 2004 15:32 GMT2
My wife is 5 weeks pregnant and we are concerned because we used spray
paint in the basement to paint some furniture.  She was not in the
basement while the painting occurred, but we could later smell the
paint in other areas of the house.
