FAO Ericka - water toxicity?22 Dec 2004 16:36 GMT2
I'm pretty sure you were the one who posted some stuff about water toxicity
in infants sometime last year.  The question of feeding water to babies
has come up a couple of times on a different board that I read, and I can't
find any cites on the issue through Google.

I've been doing better, the coughing was mostly under control (i.e. still
happening but not a big hairy dramatic deal) and the rib was better. I was
starting to be *functional* again, you know, little things like, oh,
driving, making my christmas presents....

So we got to see our baby today....had an ultrasound.  Beautiful
healthy little baby..kicking and flippin' and squirming around that it
was almost difficult to see..

never got the chance! Now due to being ultar paranoid about getting to
the airport on time we have 3 hours til our flight. Thankfully we are

Happy Holidays21 Dec 2004 18:14 GMT1
I dropped by my midwife's office today with some photos of Monkey Boy
and also a bag of useful stuff for her patients who may need a little
help.  About $20 worth of infant formula, $5 worth of jumbo pads, and
$200 worth of books on pregnancy, breastfeeding, and caring for small
Show?21 Dec 2004 16:51 GMT2
When did you begin to 'show' with your first pregnancy?
My wife is 14 weeks and just begining too (we think).
9 month old baby question21 Dec 2004 16:28 GMT14
Our lovely daughter will be 9 months old on Monday and still hasn't cut any
teeth. My question is can she be given things like cheerios or any other snacks
that might break down with her saliva. I have heard its not a problem but I
thought I would ask here.

question about cats sleeping on the bed21 Dec 2004 02:37 GMT4
Hi, I've done some searching in this newsgroup and I can find loads of
info about changing litter trays and gardening, but nothing about cats
sleeping on the bed.
I'm hoping to get pg in the next few months and in preparation my
slightly OT: sick toddler refusing food and drink21 Dec 2004 00:26 GMT11
Hi all - fun times all around at our house. DH, DS, and I have all
caught a wicked cold, with me (the pregnant one) and DS (the 23mo one)
having the worst time of it. At least there's no fever, and it seems
to be running its course, but we've been sick since last Wednesday,
early pregnancy update20 Dec 2004 17:50 GMT5
I've been fairly lucky this go round.  Up until today (6 weeks today) I
haven't had the same pregnancy symptoms as my last two go rounds.  With Bj I
was dog gone tired plus really nausious, never really upchucking, but at the
same time always feeling like I would at any moment.
Dental Treatment - Question for the UK subscribers20 Dec 2004 13:24 GMT8
I live in the UK and moved to where we now live back in May of this year. I
dropped off someregistration forms with my new and nearest dentist in order
to register as a new patient. I also advised him I was 20 weekds pregnant
and even though he's a private dentist  - I was under ...
Food preferences20 Dec 2004 13:18 GMT9
I am 33 and 21 weeks pregnant with our first child and have noticed a
preference for specific foods i.e. spicy food.
It is not a craving as such but usually I love chocolate and sweet stuff and
yet, almost from the beginning of the pregnancy, I have gone off all things
