| Thanks for replies about weight loss during pregnancy. | 17 Jan 2005 15:33 GMT | 5 |
I appreciate each persons answer and find the tips helpful. I'd like to ask one more question. Pregnancy for me isn't a pleasant experience. Except for the baby involved the whole ordeal is a burden. The reason being is because of the constant woes of pregnancy. I usually

| OB/GYN or midwife? | 17 Jan 2005 13:01 GMT | 20 |
Or can I have both? I have an OB/GYN but I have heard from other mothers that they only come in at the end of the labor (ie the birth! :D). However, it seems that midwives are present throughout the labor.

| So far so sick... ;-) | 17 Jan 2005 07:11 GMT | 45 |
Morning sickness has struck with a vengeance, and I have spend a significant part of the day googling posts with 'cures' for m/s. I never realized it could be so bad, and I really feel for women who have to deal with this all through their pregnancy. Nevertheless, I'll not complain, ...

| FAO Sophie | 17 Jan 2005 04:51 GMT | 16 |
I'm dying to know if it's a girl or a boy. I've gained more weight with this one, but it's all in my stomach (no double chin, butt is still reasonably similar to its non-pregnant size, etc.). I had an easy 1st trimester this time (unlike last time) but am having complete ...

It was a LONG 3 weeks or so since I had internet. Xavier is growing like a weed and Bonnie is gonna be in trouble when he learns how to tackle. He went from 75% about to 90% so the midwife(she does the 2 m check) said that I should try to slow down his eating by not forcing him ...

| Conception Intuition? | 16 Jan 2005 01:35 GMT | 4 |
Have you had an intuition that conception occurred before you had a pregnancy test? Some expectant mothers -- and expectant fathers -- have a "conception intuition" during, immediately after, or within a few hours of lovemaking.
