I'd like to ask one more question.  Pregnancy for me isn't a pleasant
experience.  Except for the baby involved the whole ordeal is a burden.

I have an OB/GYN but I have heard from other mothers that they only
come in at the end of the labor (ie the birth! :D).  However, it seems
that midwives are present throughout the labor.

My wife is wanting on of these items.  Does anyone have any experience with
one?  Is it worth renting?
