I work in public health and may have to travel to India and Pakistan in
my second trimester. In both places, I plan to go about 4-6 hours away
from a large city, but not to rural areas. Does anyone have any advice
on this?

Well, sometimes I never thought we would make it this far, but here we are,
20 weeks, seems like some kind of milestone! The good thing is that I do
seem to be blooming, I wasn't at this stage last time, so I am enjoying it
:-).

So, I had my 40 wk 6 day checkup today. Everything is fine. The monitor
didn't show any contractions, the fetal heart rate was reactive with no
decels, the biophysical profile was 8/10 (we were unable to get a real
nonstress test strip, which accounts for the two points off as ...

if anyone has a good book for Sina to learn that some families are not
made of mommy daddy & child(ren). I know that Sina is too young to get
the concept, but I want to find the books early on & read them myself
and decide what I want to use.

(he is a heavy boy) the second he is down he pops back awake.  I let him
fuss for a minute to see if he will calm down (he doesnt) I pick him back up
