I just happened to see the last half of a program called "In the Womb" on the National Geographic channel (U.S.) last night. It was really interesting. They had some nice CGI of an unborn baby. It's going to be shown again at 8 pm ET on Friday - check your local listings. :)

I am about to have my first child in 8 weeks. My wife's shower is in 2 weeks. I would like to get my mother and mother in-law a gift that would be representative of their grandparent status and for the work they've done and will do for this up and coming child.

I'm going up to my nephew's funeral tomorrow, and next week my sister's coming back to stay with me. I'm having to take #2, and I'm scared of saying anything tactless or insensitive. My thoughts at the moment are: I have a small (cherished teddy) ornament to give them and a card, ...

I had my body fat percentage measured yesterday, it came out as 29%, the last few times it has been 25%, though the most recent was when I was about 9 weeks pregnant. I know that when not pregnant 25% is the upper end of the health range, but as I was bfing and TTC I was totally ...
